If you want GPS tracking that’s quick, easy and afforable, you’re in the right place!
I installed this in my car so I can see where my teenager is REALLY driving to. At first I didn’t think I’d be able to afford the price of the service plan, but at $9.99 for a single month I had GPS working on my little tracker. They have longer than 1 month plans as well for an increasing amount. They also had the option to pay annually or go al la carte from month to month. All you have to do is plug the little sensor in to the OBD-II port underneath the steering wheel, turn on the car and your good to go! Overall I am shocked at how accurate and how real time this tracker is! We have a 2004 Toyota Camry, so it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that today’s cars have so there are a lot of functions I can’t use on here. Some of these functions include: watching for the driver to pick up his/her phone, whether or not the seatbelt(s) are fastened etc. The functions we are able to use include basic tracking, speed, sharp braking, sharp turns, an idle/stationary alarm and the status of the vehicle (off, on, idling). You can also set geo-fencing parameters so you can be notified if the vehicle you are tracking either enters or leaves a geographic area set by the app user. The functions on the app are really too much for me to mention them all here. I did find their app a little confusing at times but I’m sure that would become less so the more I use it. These sensors were designed to be part of a fleet so their app really seems like it will accommodate the larger number of sensors per app. That being said, I REALLY like this GPS tracker, it is totally reasonable in both price for the sensor and price for the service. I’m definitely putting one in my teenage son’s car when he gets one. I give this tracker 5-Stars!

An affordable OBD GPS tracker and service for your vehicle …
I was using a more expensive thirteen dollar per month service, so when I found this alternative at four per month, if I paid for two years up front I had to try it out — which would save me two hundred dollars over the same period. I had some issues setting up my account but their customer service promptly replied to emails and got me set up. Their app is a little clunkier, with fewer options than my previous service provider — so minus one star — but their tracking appears to be more accurate, which is really the point for me. So I’m making the switch permanent. Prepaid subscriptions options are …$3.99 per month for 2 years$4.99 per month for 1 year$6.99 per month for 6 month$9.99 for a one month trial — same as the cost of the ODB plug itself.

Could not review due to no subscription
This device is super cheap, but you will probably pay in the backend for a subscription. Could not review due to no included subscription and I’m not going to pay them to review their unit. Also all data seems to go to China, so you probably should take that into consideration before purchase.

Amazing!
This thing is amazing! It is a vehicle tracker that you plug into the obd port under the dash. So it never needs to be recharged or plugged into power. And it is out of sight under the dash. It requires a monthly subscription but its really cheap. I have had no trouble with it tracking the vehicle and it’s been totally accurate and pretty much real-time. You can playback the vehicle movements and they are saved for today, yesterday, this week, and last week. It lets me set up a geo-fence around my house (or wherever) so I know when my vehicle is coming and going from home. You can also send special commands to the vehicle, which I haven’t really explored yet, bc the app does everything I could want already. My absolute favorite feature is the RECORD option. It actually records 30 second audio clips of the inside of the vehicle!! You can request 30 seconds to 5 minutes of recording, but its broken down into 30 second clips each. The recordings are perfectly audible. I thought it only held 10×30 second clips, but it appears that it will hold a mix of individual 30 second requests (up to 10?), plus 1 min – 5 min requests which may exceed 10 clips total when combined— I haven’t quite figured that out, but it appears there is some type of limit. But if you are quick, you can listen to them on the fly and delete them as you go, while simultaneously pressing the record option again and keep fresh audio coming in… but you gotta be quick. I’m definitely ordering 2 more for my other vehicles. Good for keeping track of minor childrens…

I like the idea of monitoring my vehicle, but not the idea of paying for another subscription.
Unless you are willing to pay for the subscription plan, it isn’t really worth getting this gps tracker. I wish there was a free plan, maybe offering limited tracking or something like that, but before you even begin you have to pay for the subscription to get anything working. The tracker unit itself is easy to use, just plug it in to the OBD port in the car. This only becomes an issue when taking it to the dealer for a problem and they need to scan something, because they will need to remove it first. It worked with my Toyota Rav4 with no issues, and the app was easy to use as well. It is nice to keep track of your movements, or someone else’s if need be, but keep in mind, you have to purchase a prepaid subscription, which can get a little pricey. But if necessary, this works well.

The geofence feature is handy for setting boundaries and getting alerts.
I recently started using the 4G Mini OBD GPS Tracker for Vehicle, and it’s been a reliable tool for real-time tracking. The device plugs directly into the car’s OBD II port, making installation super easy and discreet. I love that it updates location every 10 seconds, so I always know where my vehicle is. The geofence feature is handy for setting boundaries and getting alerts if the car moves outside them. Plus, the app is user-friendly, and I can review up to 180 days of historical playback, which is great for monitoring trips. Just keep in mind that a subscription is required to use the service. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone wanting peace of mind about their vehicle’s location
