Hopefully just a single incident, but stopped working and waiting on a replacement.
Update: After going through Amazon, was able to get a refund processed. Two weeks later was finally contacted by original seller. Came to a conclusion that if I changed rating that I would receive a new laptop free of charge. Hoping that this next one isn’t faulty as well as I really like the sleek look and color. Will update once computer has been received and used regularly to comment further on functionality.Broke after approximately two months and I sent back, now they won’t issue a refund even though they have the item.Faulty product unfortunately, does not turn on.

Good Value In a Basic Laptop
I bought this primarily for web and email, but also needed Windows 11 as the OS to run my VCDS vehicle diagnostic software. The speakers are wimpy in sound quality and volume, so an external sound device might help. Make sure to keep clear of the vents on the bottom, as it can get warm and needs airflow. The screen is good and the backlit keyboard gives this laptop a quality feel. Even the key response and feel is good. I’ve gotten about 3 hours of battery life so far, depending on use. For my needs, I give this laptop a B+ for suitability to task.

Do not recommend!!! After just a months using, machine stayed in update mode for a day and then never updated. Did a reset and then it does not go past the screen with the computer name. Amazon n was NO help!
