Lots of work but they do work
Let me start by saying these LED car lights are absolutely amazing—or at least, I assume they are, based on the one single light I’ve actually installed. Yes, that’s right, I’ve had these for months, and despite my best intentions, I’ve only managed to put up one. Not because they’re difficult to install (they’re actually super easy), but because I have apparently developed Olympic-level procrastination skills when it comes to finishing the job.The one light I did install? Flawless. It glows beautifully, making my car look like something out of a Fast & Furious movie—on exactly one side. At night, it’s a true spectacle from the driver’s side, but the passenger’s side? Completely normal. If you only saw half my car, you’d think I was in the middle of transforming it into some futuristic spaceship, but then you walk around to the other side, and it’s just… a regular car. My vehicle now looks like it’s halfway through a glow-up, like a makeover show that ran out of budget before they could finish the second half.I keep telling myself, “I’ll finish installing the rest this weekend,” but somehow weeks have gone by, and here I am—still driving around with my car looking like a confused cyberpunk experiment. Every time I get in, I’m reminded of my own failure, as one side bathes me in a glorious, futuristic glow while the other side whispers, “You really should finish this, but we both know you won’t.”At this point, I think I’ve spent more time thinking about finishing the installation than it would actually take to do it. The box with the remaining lights sits in my trunk like a monument to my laziness, mocking me every time I open it. I have no excuse—it’s just me vs. my inability to do things in a timely manner.That said, I HIGHLY recommend these lights. The quality is fantastic, the brightness is perfect, and they make your car look incredibly cool—if you actually install them, that is. If you suffer from extreme procrastination like I do, just know that you, too, may end up driving a vehicle that looks like it’s stuck in a mid-upgrade glitch. Five stars. Would buy again. Would also probably still only install one.

Updated to 5 stars!Installed the “Dreamcolor” 6 piece set on my 2023 Hyundai Palisade Limited. Here are a few things to know about this product.Installation:Fairly straight forward, electrically speaking. Main control box goes hardwired to accessory power in the fuse panel; sub-control boxes need individual 12V *constant* power (one on each door), but connect to main control box wirelessly (color control-wise). Note, these only come on when power is applied to the main control box, so no battery discharge should be expected.Placement:Location wise, my install was easier than most as my car’s trim level (Palisade Limited) has the slots for ambient lighting from factory, they just don’t come installed unless you go with the highest trim (Calligraphy). Even still, getting through the door panels themselves was a challenge. Once through, a bit of finesse sets them nicely into the factory slots. Cut to size and tape off end as stated by others. The two dash strips were easier to install (these do go hardwired into the main control box), but required quite a bit of fragile panel and hardware removal. If you’re not used to removing and replacing trim panels, this could be intimidating for some. If you do not have factory slots for ambient lighting, this kit may be a bit challenging to install due to extremely tight tolerances between panels.Final look:Overall, they look and work great. The lights can be controlled via a small button which you can hide discretely under your knee board trim panel. It is however a bit tricky to cycle through the many colors and patterns to get to the color and/or pattern you want. Note, this button does not control brightness level, only color/pattern selection. Your other option is to control your color/pattern AND brightness settings via the app which works a lot quicker for specific settings. There are a ton of color options. I have mine set to a constant, low light cyan which matches a lot of my factory interior lighting, and is mostly visible at night. This kit can be set bright enough to be seen in day light though. Also, the kit remembers your last color/pattern setting and remains there after turning the vehicle off/on.I ordered this kit to look as closely as absolutely possible to the stock ambient lighting kit that comes on the Calligraphy trim. Why not get the highest trim and get the whole thing from factory instead? Among a (very) few minor other options, I saved about $7K off MSRP going with the Limited trim level. So this kit at the price point was the best choice in my case. I’ve gotten many compliments on the install as they look and fit great.One quick note on kit selection:I unknowingly chose the “Dreamcolor” kit, and I did not know that this particular kit flashes a quick rainbow color marquee pattern at each startup, before going to your previous color/pattern selection. I did not like this small detail at all. I instead preferred to have the kit simply power up to my selected color and/or pattern ONLY. *Please not, if you want this last option like I did, you will have to choose the RBG kit instead*. If you want the rainbow marquee pattern at startup, then the Dreamcolor kit will get the job done.As for the seller:GREAT help and communication resolving my issue of the unwanted rainbow pattern. They very quickly and graciously sent me an RBG replacement kit without issue. I just tested it, and sure enough, no rainbow pattern at startup! Just simply starts to my last color choice, exactly as I wanted initially. Excellent communication and assistance from the seller.Upgraded my review to 5 stars as a result of their help. Please note I am not being paid to write this. Just honestly grateful for outstanding customer service.Highly recommend this product and seller!

Junk don’t buy!!! I’ve messed with electronics and vehicle stuff all of my life and when I first got this kit, I thought wow this is very nice and then suddenly everything stopped working blah blah blah like all the other Amazon cheap azz crap!!! junk junk junk! Wasted a full day installing on a vehicle and 45 minutes after Install they started acting up half working half not blah blah blah screw that I should’ve read the reviews before don’t take a risk guys you’ve been warned!!!
