Is the wireless charger compatible with Android phones and can a phone case affect charging?
This wireless charger is designed exclusively for iPhones that support magnetic wireless charging, starting with iPhone 12 and later models. Cases over 2.5 mm thick or that are non-magnetic may reduce charging efficiency and are not recommended.
Is there a recommended adapter to use with the product for wireless charging?
For optimal charging, an original 40W Power Delivery adapter is included with our product. If using a third-party adapter, we recommend selecting one that supports an output of 30W or higher with the PD protocol to ensure adequate charging speed.
My watch doesn’t stay stable while charging. What can I do?
To ensure stability while charging your Apple Watch, please use the included sticker. This will not affect the charging performance.
Are the phone and watch charging sections adjustable?
The charging modules for the phone and watch are fixed in position to ensure maximum efficiency and stability; they do not adjust for tilt or rotation.
Is the product safe to use when it gets warm/hot?
It’s normal for wireless charging to warm up slightly, especially during intensive use, such as long gaming or streaming sessions. However, it complies with international safety standards, including EN 62368-1 and IEC 62368-1, ensuring safe usage.

I got both white and black for myself and my husband, it worked great so far. I have IPhone 16 pro max and my hubby has iPhone 15 pro max. For me – white iPhone charger made my phone quite hot, I’m not sure if that’s how it supposed to be.. when I took off my (mag safe!) clear case – it wasn’t getting hot afterwords. My assumption it’s either case (was bought at 5 bellow for temp. use and never replaced 🤪) OR “fast charge” which happens at the very beginning (full 15watt), I will update this review if there any real problems in the future. I love the design btw! It was my first ever Anker product and I had a minor problem, but they assisted me very fast and.. you know, did everything right! I’m definitely coming back to Anker for other products 💯. I would genially recommend this stand if you like this design, want to keep your iPhone battery in a good health as long as possible and to have a great customer experience 😄

The Anker MagSafe charger is an excellent choice for anyone using the Rokform iPhone 17 Pro case. After trying several other chargers, I can confidently say this one stands out for both reliability and performance. It connects seamlessly through the case, delivers a strong and consistent charge, and eliminates the frustration I experienced with other brands that had weak connections or inconsistent charging. Fast charger, looks good on nightstand, highly recommend.
The Anker MagSafe charger stand looks nice on my nightstand and charges all of my devices fast. I like the position of the charging mounts and feel for my use they do not need to be adjustable. I know some complaints were because of that, I actually wanted one that did not adjust, to avoid it from having problems holding up the weight of the phone in the future after use, also mounting and unmounting the phone is more solid with the fixed mounts.

Would buy…but caveats!
It is really nice quality (I think you’d expect that out of $100+ product), Anker is one of the few tech companies I really like and that pairs well with Apple products. This was a no-brainer for me considering I have an Apple Watch, AirPods, and of course, an iPhone. My only two gripes are: 1. The bottom plate is so huge, I wish it was more compact, I get it’s meant to house the AirPods charger, but this could’ve been shrunk down in my opinion. 2. I wish there was only the Apple Watch and iPhone MagSafe (and this isn’t really even their fault), the AirPods (at least some variants of it, like the Pros) can charge via both Apple Watch puck and MagSafe, so the bottom AirPods charger feels redundant. I know they have other options now with that set up, but I didn’t think about that when I bought it initially. It also isn’t very portable (okay, three gripes), it’s so bulky in a bag that I just leave it on my desk and use the MagSafe Duo that I have for traveling. Then again, I really only bought it because trying to prop up my phone for FaceTime calls on the MagSafe Duo was impossible, so I needed something like this. It also works great for the StandBy feature on iPhone and for alarms on a nightstand/desk.

Such a convenient addition to my night stand. It’s sleek and takes minimal space. Charges quickly and helps keep the area clutter free. Apple Watch charges faster then expected so that’s a plus! Only thing I wish it had was a USBC plug option in the front to charge random devices from time to time

I absolutely love this. Instead of having multiple cables, USB C, Lightning and watch, there is only one leading to this Anker Charger stand. It looks beautiful too. Modern, contemporary and very user friendly. My watch does not slide off like the problem for other reviewers. I think that is because of the wristband. I have a woven cloth band that is very lightweight. I would think that heavy metal wristbands might be causing other users issues. I especially like the fact that my iPhone 16 can lay horizontally so I can put the clock on. I have since removed my plug-in clock from my nightstand. My older Airpods charged perfectly as well. I can only say that if you are looking for a reliable multi charger without the hassle of extra cords, this is the one. It takes up minimal space too. I am very happy with this purchase.

Really good. Strong magnet for both Apple Watch and for iPhone. Chargers well over night for all three. Not a fast charger by any means, but fast enough that you would get probably 20% after sitting at a desk for 20 minutes. Also comes with some stickers for helping your Apple Watch sit better on the charger.

Bought this to replace an older device with similar functionality. This one seems to charge much faster than the old one. Can easily fit an iWatch, iPhone and AirPods all the same time.MagSafe charging works very well – my iPhone has a leather billfold design case and I can charge easily without removing the case.Highly recommend.

It’s an anker product what more do I need to say. Quality and does exactly what you pay for. Solid built magnets are strong. I use a quad lock case and the only thing is I have to remove an insert in the quad portion or it won’t charge. Haven’t had to use a sticker with the watch charger.
