FAQ

Q: Why does my power bank only show 13,400mAh?

A: The actual capacity of this power bank is 26,800mAh at an output voltage of 3.6V. The labeled capacity of 13,400mAh at 7.2V is just another way to express the same energy output. There is no discrepancy, so don’t worry.

Q:Why is charging slow?

A:The input and output specifications of the customer’s cables do not match those of the power bank, causing slower charging speeds when the power bank charges other devices.

The Anker Advantage: Join the 50 million+ powered by our leading technology.
Charge 3 Devices at Once: 3 USB output ports (no A-C cables included) together with Anker’s PowerIQ and Voltage Boost technology ensure charging for three devices simultaneously (not compatible with Qualcomm Quick Charge).

Recharge 2X Faster: Dual Micro USB (20W) input offers recharge speeds up to twice as fast as standard portable chargers—a full recharge takes just over 6 hours while using both input ports (wall charger not included).
What you get: Power core 26800, 2X Micro USB cable, welcome guide, our worry-free 18-month and friendly customer service. Usb-c cable and Lightning cable for iPhone/ iPad sold separately. Input: 5V ⎓ 4A (5V ⎓ 2A Max Per Port) Output: 5V ⎓ 6A (5V ⎓ 3A Max Per Port)

    Great Power Bank!
So far it’s great. Long life and works just like sated. It is a bit heavy but ability to charge 3 devices at once, fast recharge and amount of time between recharge is well worth it! Still haven’t recharged and I charge 3 device 4-5 times a week from this power bank.

Seems like an essential piece of equipment to have
Updated review: Upgrading to five stars after an obviously new replacement item arrived extremely quickly, in a day or two. I think the thing itself is great. It does charge slowly, as many have noted, but seems to hold its charge very well once charged up. (To charge it, I used both cables and left it overnight.) I plugged my phone into it during a drive of 2.5 hours and found once I reached my destination that my phone was charged up to some extent, though not all the way; but again, others have pointed out that this battery will not charge a phone (or whatever) as fast as a wall socket will.It did what I wanted it to, which was make sure I wouldn’t find myself in the middle of nowhere with a dead phone, and at the end of the trip, the battery still had four lights lit.(One curious note: My sister bought this same battery–same brand, same 26,800–some time ago and hers is noticeably smaller than mine. You’d think they’d be getting smaller rather than bigger, but maybe it’s about preserving the price point or something. So mine is rather large, but not problematically so.)Original one-star review: Paid for a new one, received a used one. The tape that would have been sealing the box closed had already been slit open, and the item itself was scuffed.

Loads of Power!Mini Reactor 🙂 Intelligent Charging
SHORT VERSION: It’s High Capacity, Well Built, Intelligent IQ Charging, Lasts for Days, 2 option recharge, Three USB Ports and all three output the same! You’ll love it!FULL VERSION: Kind of a long one, but just wanted to share my thoughts and usage.Do you need the power storing capacity of a small nuclear reactor in your pocket?? Well, this isn’t per se, a nuclear reactor, but it is a high capacity, portable and easy to use power bank. The mesh like pouch included is also very nice!I’m a vaper (9 years and still alive, screw you FDA!) own 5 mods with internal batteries, have a smartwatch and a 4500 mAh phone battery. This power bank charges every single device I have multiple times! It’s simply a godsend when you’re out and about and don’t have time to wait near a wall charger. The smartwatch I have is a gear S3 frontier edition and anyone that owns this watch knows, while charging, it is prone to power throttling because the watch will overheat. It sucks! Even the .5 amp adapter I have will power throttle around 60% because the watch rises above 110°. Well, enter this power bank. This power bank adjusts power with its “smart IQ” (whatever that is, but it works) and charge my watch from 0 to 100 with absolutely no issues whatsoever. What used to be a mundane tasks, having to remove the watch from it’s stand, cool it down and/or place fans around it, is now simply is plug-and-play.That’s just one example of how well this product works. It has three USB outlets! and unlike other competitors, all three USB outlets on this one are able to output the same. Another competitors power bank I have also has 3 USB outlets, but only one of them is able to provide 2amp charging and the other two are simply 1amp.Recharging this power bank is also amazing. It has two input Micro-USB spots. All you need is a USB wall outlet with two spots & you can plug in two cables to charge it. Given the size capacity of this power bank, that is a much welcomed blessing to have. If I ever need to charge it, I just plug it in before I go to bed and it’s done when I wake up. Though, while using it every single day, I only need to charge it once a week!I’ve also used my built-in meter to fully discharge and recharge to test the mAh capacity. Mine was a total of 26833 mAh when completed. Alittle above the 26800 advertised. If you’re looking for a portable, high capacity and well-built durable power bank, this is for you! It took me forever to research the right power bank. There’s a lot of companies out there pumping these things out in groves in order to capitalize on the market. Anker is a reputable company known for great quality and great customer service. I’ve been using this thing now for several months and have no regrets spending my hard-earned money on it. If you’re in the market for a high-capacity power bank, I highly highly recommend this!

Extremely high capacity, can go wrong with Anker!
First impressions of this battery bank will no doubt be awesome, but I don’t have the item yet, so I’ll be taking an educated guess for now.It is very large and heavy, but what do you expect from a battery bank that is 4WH under the legal limit for flying on a plane?Overall, this battery bank will no doubt be perfect for my phone, new tablet, and a Raspberry Pi 4. Keep in mind however, Anker recommends only 2 high current devices, since the battery bank drops it’s output to 2A when all 3 ports are in use.At a massive 26,800mah capacity, this battery bank will keep your phone charged all week long, and a tablet for at least 2 full charges. It will fast charge almost any device with it’s 3 amp output, and the battery bank it’s self also charges very fast, with the dual micro USB input ports, that are a bit absurd, but go perfectly with a new Anker Powerport Speed 5.I will update this review in a few months once I’ve had more time to use it, but I doubt my current opinion will change. Anker is a well established company, known for their high quality products, and outstanding customer service. 5/5 Stars!Edit 12/24So I’ve just received this power bank, and, my educated guesses were correct. The power bank was unwrapped with a half charge, or probably less. There are four indicator LEDs to indicate level of charge, and it had half of them lit. So I’m assuming it was around 30 to 40% charged. Around 4 and 1/2 hours on my Anker Powerport Speedpeed 5 with both of the included USB cables, and it was fully charged.Included in the box with the power bank was, two decent quality USB cables (not braided), an instruction manual, a customer feedback pamphlet, and a high quality mesh bag.Interestingly enough, as with the three other ports on my Powerport Speed 5, the power bank does not actually officially fast charge my phone, but upon some investigating, it charges at the same rate, and has the same estimated full charge time. So I’m not too worried about it, as this phone is quite old probably doesn’t support newer standards. The look and feel of this power bank screams premium, with a matte black finish, that appears to be resistant to scratching, it is very minimalistic while still having all the features needed for a good power bank. No flashy branding, or distracting always on LED lights. (Except while charging either a device, or the power bank it’s self) The ideal setup for this would be in a backpack with a long cord routed to your pocket, as this power bank is not super pocket friendly.Overall, my opinion has not changed, and I would still recommend this power bank to anyone who has lots of devices that need a charge, or somebody who likes camping without a solar setup. Very high quality product, but I expect nothing less from a company like Anker. 5/5 Stars.

I don’t know if I understood the product description wrong or bought the wrong one, the name says 26800, the actual capacity is 13400.Otherwise all good.

I purchased an older model of this power bank from Anker about 8 years ago. It still works great with as new battery life still. My girlfriend keeps stealing it from me hence I purchased this model for myself. I like how you can use two chargers to charge it up in half the time compared to the older model that only has one charging point. This product was built to last.
