The built-in spotlight enhances night vision by providing additional illumination. By default, the spotlight is off. To enable it:
Go to the App
Navigate to Settings Light Settings->> Enable Light->> Motion for Lights.
Does Indoor Cam E30 support HomeKit?
Yes, it supports HomeKit, but the resolution is limited to 1080p due to HomeKit’s restrictions. It also works with Smart Displays using Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
Is Indoor Cam E30 compatible with HomeBase 3?
Yes, it is fully compatible with HomeBase 3, but not compatible with HomeBase 2.
Does Indoor Cam E30 support 5 GHz Wi-Fi?
No, it only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.

this is everything i was looking for!! no subscription needed to get alerts or run playback videos. just need to get a micro sd card! i am able to look back at any time or day to see alerts, although it notifies me IMMEDIATELY if it hears any sounds or notices motion. also the night vision quality is amazing! I use this to keep an eye on my pup when im away, If anyone has trouble taking care of him while im away, I can simply talk to them through the camera to communicate which is perfect! This is also used to help me track my sleep quality at night, it has 4 modes to set your camera in the zone you want it to, and i have a very large room and it covers my entire room i can see every corner cuz it goes 360 and i have it mounted on my ceiling! i dont know what else to say besides its an amazing camera and i love the smart features it has like geofencing so it automatically turns it on to “away” mode as soon as i leave the house and “privacy” mode as soon as im home!

Great quality and great value
I’ve been using it for the last several months after switching from a Ring camera due to not wanting to pay for a subscription. I can definitely recommend this camera. I have it mounted up high on a bookshelf overlooking my studio. It can see just about everything. I have audio alerts set to tell me if my dog starts barking or any noise is detected in the home, and it will also detect the presence of someone in the home. It occasionally picks up the cat wandering around, too, so if it can catch a little guy like him, you know it’ll catch a person no problem. It was easy to set up, the app is super easy to use, and I’ve never had any connectivity problems. Video quality is great, and I love that it has tracking features as well. Great value for how much it costs! Just make sure you buy a nice microSD card to use with it and you’re all set.

Fantastic resolution, feature rich, easy setup.
Got it on sale so I’m very happy with getting a quality full feature indoor camera at a good price. Fantastic resolution, easy to use and set up. I’m impressed with the night vision though there is some lag or ghosting. Can use alone and use a micro as card or hook into the home base 3 for storage of video which is what I did. WiFi connection with the E30 is stable with a small amount of lag. The only disappointment is I tried to mount it to the far wall of a room and the tilt won’t allow for being able to tilt enough to be able to look to the end of the room. Perhaps a different mounting bracket would allow an upright mount. I had to wind up placing it in a more obvious spot on my mantle. Overall I am very happy with this camera and feel more secure both when I’m at home and away.

Great Cam that doesn’t force you to subscribe to anything
Picked this cam up to start replacing my Yi cams, which are basically inoperable due to the spam on the viewer app to force you to subscribe their cloud. Eufy is a 4K, high quality positioning cam that offers all sorts of alert types and allows you to store events on a micro sd card. Syncs to your network fast. Best of all, no extortion to pressure you to subscribe their cloud, in fact, no subscription at all. Only downside is it’s about $20 more than the Yi. But it works darn well!

Great option for the price!
ordered this last night, arrived super early this morning so i was very pleased with the quickness of the shipping.about the camera: very easy install. you literally just plug in the camera to an outlet, download the app and click the button on the bottom of the camera to scan to connect to your wifi router/app. took literally about 5 minutes to set up including unboxing, downloading app and final set up. it is a bit of a chunky camera but no bigger than the other ones i have in the house.the brightness of the video streaming on the app is great, we will see how it works at nighttime i will come back and update my review later tonight. it does have about a 5ish second delay from real time movement so camera relay on the app but doesnt bother me too much yet. The camera also has a pan & tilt option as well as a panorama view which will come in handy!It has a space for an SD card to save your recordings too which i actually prefer because most cameras require you to pay a subscription fee to access them now.for the $50 you spend on this camera, so far it has been worth it! I would recommend.

Much improved over 5 year old camera by same company
We had the old style eufy PTZ 2k from about 2020 that developed a buzz or tick in the sound quality. Purchased this to replace it and I am impressed with the picture quality improvement this has. It’s also great to have a little more range of motion by how this rotates and pivots the camera. There is no lag in the notifications even when including a thumbnail of the activity (but I am on the same network in my testing). Keep an eye on the price of these as they do run specials a lot. I randomly picked up for less than 50, but seems like regular price is closer to 60. It’s a value at a discounted amount so watch for sales. Be sure to pickup a memory card for it if you don’t have a homebase. This is a wired camera so there’s no battery to recharge. Also, because it’s wired you don’t have a “cool down” lag that you tend to get with battery cameras. Notifications happen in rapid fire when there’s ongoing motion.

I’ve tried a couple of other indoor cameras, but this one is flawless, and I’m super impressed. The motion detection (no need for it to be specifically a human or pet), sound detection, and object tracking are all on point. The video & audio quality is great, and notifications are sent within 3-4 seconds with thumbnails.Compared to other cameras I’ve tried, the E30’s recording method is brilliant. Unlike others that often miss the initial moments of motion itself, but E30 captures even the 5 seconds before the motion event, ensuring I never miss a thing. Its IR lights enable excellent recording in pitch darkness, and the video quality is fantastic again. The spotlights are bright enough to record night scenes in color, but I’ve turned them off.I appreciate that there’s no subscription required, and the camera supports up to a 128GB UHS-1 memory card, which is more than enough.Some notable features include the quiet motor rotation sound, user-friendly interface, wide field of view, and the camera’s adorable design and movement (reminiscent of EVE from Wall-E).The only minor issue I’ve noticed is that if an object or person gets too close (less than a foot) and moves around, the camera might not track effectively every time. However, this isn’t a significant concern for me.Overall, a 100% effective indoor security camera, and I fully recommend it.
