LOVE THEM! They make my cabinet so much more fun.
Well, not much to say other then I love these!YOU can cut them to size!I haven’t done anything with the extra yet and not really sure how to attach new ends to the extra, but seems like you can for sure. I have other Sengled stuff in my home, so set up was really easy. I do think anyone with or without other Sengled stuff can set them up easy as well. I use mine with google home with no issues. My son turns them red all the time.. smh.. 5 stars all the way, no issues and awesome.

Many of the Alexa devices I purchased recently have had issues staying connected. These lights are an exception, and never lose connection. The adhesive is strong, they look great, and all the functions work correctly. My son loves them!

EDIT 6/21/25: never buying another product from these people again. Now on my third outage since getting this product, the lights stop working. of course you spend hours or days trying to solve the problem before you realize it’s a global issue. For some reason a light strip needs to phone home in order to function properly, which is ridiculous and invasive. The company is completely non-responsive. Doesn’t send information and doesn’t respond to support tickets. I wouldn’t be surprised if this is somehow integrated with the Chinese government and they can’t get it fixed because they need authorization. Stay away, far away.EDIT 12/3/24: Received another communications this morning. “We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are pleased to inform you that our technical team has successfully fixed the issue. You can reconnect your devices, and everything should be back to normal. Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this process.”This was about two weeks after the lights originally failed. I already purchased and installed a replacement. I will raise the review 1 star, but it is not acceptable to have a product that is that unreliable out in the market. What will the next software error be? This represents insufficient quality control.Original review:TRUST THE WARNINGS OF OTHERS, WHICH I DID NOT DO. Purchased Oct 9. Used successfully until about Nov 15 when it failed to respond in the app (light still works with the manual button). Tried to solve myself for a few days (knowledgeable IT/home automation guy). Gave up and contacted support Nov 20. Received the following reply on Nov 22: “Our technical team is currently investigating the root cause of the issue you have encountered. Rest assured that we are actively working on resolving this matter. W will keep you informed of any developments and updates as soon as they become available. Your understanding and patience during this process are greatly appreciated.”This is not acceptable. I need a light in my pantry, not an undefined waiting period while they figure out the problem for an unknown period of time. I will have to purchase a different LED strip and fight for a return. It is a shame they have such indifferent customer support, I have been fairly satisfied with some of their other products.

I want to add extension to these lights, but finding those are 5 pin RGBW lights. So be cognizant of what you are buying if you need to add length. I love the Sengled products and will continue to buy!

Lights work fine but are flaky and sometimes just plain uncooperative
I have had these installed for about two months and they are not near as stable as Hue bulbs are. About once a week I have to power cycle the actual bulbs due to at least one not changing colors as instructed, not turning on, or not turning off. They will do for now but in the future I will probably spend the extra money on Hue again.

La verdad son una tira de led excelente nada que ver con marcas chinas de verdad vale la pena el precio por los 5 metros, fácil de instalar a mi tv de 65” con los aditamentos que trae ni siquiera tuve que pegar toda la tira solo la parte abajo que tuve que cortar un poco, las recomiendo siiiii bastante funcionan con Alexa perfectamente

La tira led marca Sengled es de mejor calidad que otra que eh visto, el único problema es que no vienen los adaptadores para ángulo de 90grados, esos los compre aparte y sin esos la instalación quedaba fea en las esquinas
