Why is the video quality limited?
These smart glasses currently feature an 8-megapixel camera. Please use them in well-lit environments; it’s sufficient for daily use. Please avoid comparing this to the pixel count of current smartphones, which range from 50 to 200 megapixels.
How do I set up the glasses for the first time?
The first time you use the smart glasses, please turn on the power, turn on your phone’s Bluetooth, find the Bluetooth name of the smart glasses, connect them, then open the “HeyCyan” app and follow the instructions.
Why isn’t the AI Assistant working?
To use the AI voice assistant, activate it with the English wake phrase: “Hey Cyan.” Once activated, you can ask questions in your preferred language.
Note: Each wake phrase triggers a single question. To ask another question, say “Hey Cyan” again.
How many languages are supported for real-time translation, and how do I switch between them?
Real-time translation currently supports 144 languages. To switch languages:
Open the “AI Translate” feature in the HeyCyan app.
Select your desired translation mode.
Use the dropdown menus to choose the source and target languages.
Why does the battery drain so quickly?
The 230mAh battery provides up to 120h standby, 30h music, or 0.5h video. High-power tasks like recording and exporting drain it quickly.

Not worth it
Absolute garbage. The voice function rarely works, and when it does, it doesnt. Example: I tried the wake up word “Hi Cyan” multiple times and it didnt do anything. It finally did, then responded with “I am not Cyan”. When trying to contact for support I was told the glasses are working perfectly according to the screenshot sent. So if this is normal, and the video quality is as bad as it is, without the speech function working, it is MOST DEFINITELY not worth it.Dont waste your money on these. Absolute junk

Stylish Frames but Needs Major Improvements in Functionality
The frames are nice, and the size of the lenses feels comfortable and well-proportioned. Unfortunately, the functionality doesn’t quite match the appearance. The voice interface has major inconsistencies, it often doesn’t respond when you try to activate it, and then randomly reacts minutes later without prompt. The touch controls for volume on the side are also unreliable and don’t seem to register properly.The camera button does work, but both the photo and video quality are below expectations, understandable for the price, but I had hoped for something a bit more consistent and user-ready. Overall, these glasses seem like they were released too soon and still need more refinement and testing. They look great, but if you’re looking for functionality, this may not yet be the best option.

Good video recording, bad audio recording, extremely tight fit
Good video recording but the audio recording is pretty bad. When recording audio, you can hear yourself decently well but you can barely hear the person talking to you in the recording(even if the person is close to you). Also a very tight fit, it squeezed my head so much that it was too uncomfortable and I had to return it

Disappointed
The glasses look great, and the frame is awesome. However, I found it inconvenient that the lenses came on the side and I had to insert them myself. I was worried about breaking them, and there weren’t any instructions on how to insert them. It would have been better if at least one pair of lenses had come with the glasses already inserted.Another strange thing is that I returned the glasses, but my refund hasn’t been processed yet. It’s been two weeks, and I’m not sure why.

I tried the Meta’s before these. Maybe that was my mistake. Speakers are trash and the AI assistant is absolutely horrid.
