Too difficult to seat the frames in the charger so it actually charges.
I have wrestled with this since taking delivery of the frames some time ago. Really looked forward to having them, but am simply fed up with the virtual impossibility of properly “seating” the frames in/on the charger so the frames actually charge. I paid a lot for these frames, and they’re not worth the money. Wish it weren’t so. I do not recommend.

Decent audio and battery life for smart frames. Always could be better, you get much better sound from ear buds but with them being open-ear it’s good enough. I dont like the charging stand. Its finicky and if they aren’t set on the stand just so they dont charge. Woken up some days to dead glasses and a red flashing light on the charge stand. You also can’t get a replacement or extra charge stand. They really need a charging cable if they won’t last all day so you can top off on the go. Also really need to charge faster for that as well.

Everything is pretty good about them, however the charging stand is a bit too finicky about position when charging. Sound is good, I miss the touch sensor, and they are a bit tough to adjust the fit on.
