Is the MagGo charger compatible with Android phones and can a phone case affect charging?
This charger is designed exclusively for iPhone 12 and later models that support magnetic wireless charging. Use Apple’s official magnetic phone cases and avoid using cases thicker than 2.5 mm and non-magnetic cases, as they may affect charging.
Does the MagGo charging station come with a USB-C wall charger?
Please note that a USB-C wall charger is not included. For the best charging experience, we recommend using a 30W or higher USB-C wall charger for optimal charging speed.
Is the product safe to use when it gets warm/hot?
It is normal for the device to get warm during charging, especially when used intensively for activities like gaming or streaming. This warming complies with EN 62368-1 and IEC 62368-1 safety standards, ensuring safe usage.
Can an earbuds protective case affect wireless charging?
Charging with a protective case may cause the indicator light to flash and prevent charging; remove the case and place earbuds within the physical charging area to ensure proper charging.
What do the indicator lights mean?
When powered on without any devices connected, both lights will turn on simultaneously and then turn off after 3-4 seconds. During charging, the indicators will stay on; left for phone, right for earphones.

Works fine with Samsung Fold 7 and Magsafe case. Low profile and looks great
This is a perfect bedside charger. I use it on a new Samsung Fold 7 with an add on magnet to the case.It does not support the Samsung super fast charging which requires 25 watts. However, the 15 watts does give fast charging and does the job.It also charges my Sony XM5 buds and two white lights in the base confirm the products are connected.I don’t have a smart watch and as such don’t want or need the platform for a watch.This one is streamlined and low profile.I didn’t get a charger as I have multiple chargers that do the trick.So, low profile, works great, charges the Samsung phone and Sony Earbuds.

Great little charging stand!
This is a great charging stand. I first purchased this when I upgraded my phone and no longer shared the same lightning port as my AirPods. I didn’t want to have 2 different cables on my desk so I opted for this stand to charge both.The magnet for the phone is extremely strong and charges quickly. It also has good rotation and movement so you can watch things on your phone at different anglesThe AirPods charger is usually perfect. The charging area is a little divot the exact shape and size of an AirPods case so if you have any plastic cases or accessories for yours, you will need to remove it to charge them. Occasionally, if the AirPods get knocked in a position that is not perfectly aligned with the divot, the light that indicates the AirPods are charging will blink continuously. Fixing this is extremely easy, just remove your phone and AirPods from the stand for like 2 seconds until all the lights turn off and then put it back on. It happens if you’re yanking your phone on and off the stand to interact with it. This causes your AirPods to shift in the little charging divot and interrupts the charging. But as I mentioned, it takes 2 seconds to fix this. It really isn’t a big deal. Especially if you keep this on your desk at work when you aren’t going to be interacting with your phone that much.As far as charging capability for the AirPods, I use my headphones several hours a day every single day. I charge them only 2-3 days a week for a couple hours. I never need any additional charging outside of the few hours a week it’s sitting on the charger on my desk. So I would say it does a pretty good job!

The magnetic connection is incredibly strong—perhaps a bit too strong when you’re pulling the phone off quickly—but this strength is a huge benefit, ensuring my phone never slides or falls, even with accidental bumps.For those with the Pixel 10 Pro XL, I can confirm it works perfectly. However, the one minor design quirk I’ve noticed is a potential clearance issue: when I tilt the phone down on the stand, the bottom edge can sometimes block or interfere with the space allocated for charging my wireless headphones case.Despite that small issue, I currently use this charger every night, and I appreciate the strong hold and quick charge. Hab inzwischen 3 von den Teilen. Machen einen recht hochwertigen Eindruck und halten mein gutes altes iPhone 12 Pro am Leben. Eines steht auf dem Nachttisch um über Nacht zu laden. Eins daheim auf dem Schreibtisch und eins bei der Arbeit. So ist mein Handy immer voll und immer im Blickfeld. Nachts im Querformat ist es mit der Uhrenanzeige des iPhone echt Gold wert.Die Magnete sind ausreichend, damit das iPhone ordentlich „einrastet“, sich aber dennoch gut wieder abnehmen lässt. Das Gewicht des Halters passt zum Anwendungszweck und lässt das ganze wertig erscheinen.
