Great used iPad, would buy again
This iPad was in amazing condition and looked better than expected. Packaging was well done and was very secure when I received it. Battery life was great and kept charge really well. Battery loss when the screen was not in use was minimal. Overall better experience than I expected. Worked right out of the box and had all the specs you expected.I did end of returning the iPad after a few weeks because I ran across a few apps that would not run with the older iOS. If it wasn’t for this issue I would have kept it. Unfortunately I only got the iPad to run the specific apps and everyone online said that this iPad was compatible, but compatible and runs smoothly I guess are two different things. I have to buy a new iPad, but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this seller again.Now if you are looking for an iPad for recreational use: online browsing, some free games, watching streaming videos this would have been perfect. Buying this used iPad for a child would be a great investment. It would last them awhile and if they break it, then its not as much money/

One of the best items that I’ve bought from Amazon. It is a “used” item. It was marked as in “Prime” condition for less than half of what anew one would have cost! It was in brand new condition. Not a mark on it, front or back. It has 90% of battery storage power. Everything works just like a brand new unit. I’m as happy as a sissy at the YMCA!

I only kept the iPad for a few days, but it was good. Nothing wrong with the item itself. It lit right up, and setup was quick, easy, and straightforward. The item arrived on time and in good condition. The appearance was like new, with no scratches on the front or back. It’s a bit different working with tech this old (2018 I think), but It’s not difficult. The value/price ratio of this iPad can’t be doubted.The only problem was the 32GB storage capacity. That filled up pretty quickly, and you know that when that happens error messages start popping up. Anyway I returned this iPad and ordered one of the same model but with 128GB capacity. I’ve received it and everything I said above applies to this one as well. Maybe I’ll review this one someday.

it came with No scratches Like new at the beginning it did something at beginning when trying to getit started i beleive it was waiting for it to finish the process but its already fix it works fine , i had it now for a while and i can say its working super Good no problems at all screen is big as well i did purchased a glass screen protector which they are really Good and a cover toprotect the tablet that are proof for it in case it droped. which it did droped ones and nothing happen to it. there was this time i tried it for downloading i believe it was doordash and because of the version i could not download it but i just went to internet no big deal , but all other apps games ettc i have been able to download used it ettc . I would said buy it its a Good deal.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IPAD UNLESS YOU DO NOT INTEND ON USING IMESSAGE OR FACETIME.I purchased this 9.7 inch 5th generation iPad for my son’s birthday. I received my package on time, which I was eager to get it set up and wrapped for his big day! Luckily, I had not procrastinated and had time to get it together. I was able to set the iPad up quickly with ease until I approached iMessage and FaceTime. iMessage and FaceTime both continued to display an activation error. I contacted Apple support to correct the issue. Apple stated my account (that I just made only an hour before) had been blocked for spam and to submit a request to have it unblocked. I followed the directions and waited 24 hours as directed. Apple never reached back out to me so I contacted them again, same outcome. I decided to create yet another new Apple account thinking it couldn’t be blocked for spam as it was brand new. Yet again, it was also blocked for spam and unable to activate iMessage or FaceTime. I reached out to customer service yet again. Followed the directions for a third time. This time I was given a reference number and instructed to contact them again if I did not hear back. Of course as fate would have it, I did not hear back so I contacted them as instructed. This time I was able to get a senior tech on the phone. The senior tech and I decided we would trouble shoot by creating another new Apple account (this was my 3rd one) on my MacBook to determine if it was the iPad or the Apple account that was causing the problem. The account activated perfectly on my MacBook so it was time to test the iPad. I logged in as I had before and unfortunately the iMessage and FaceTime still could not be activated. Apple support then informed me that the iPad operational system was outdated and could not support iMessage and FaceTime as it was too old. I then submitted for return as the iPad did not work to its full ability. I received my mailing label and dropped it off at the UPS store. Seven days later the seller informed me that additional action was needed to which I complied and followed every direction perfectly. It was then I was finally issued my refund of $8.54 which was the tax I had paid on the iPad. The seller charged a $87 and some change restocking fee, the exact price of the iPad itself. I did reach out to them to determine the reason for the lack of refund, but never heard back.EDIT: I have finally heard back from the seller and they did indeed issue a full refund. If you have issues stay on top of customer service and they will do right by you eventually.Now that you know my experience with this seller and this product, I hope you think twice about your purchase.The overall condition of the physical I pad was great, but functionality was not what I was looking for!!!

Great for price. Bought for my 3 year old and works perfectly . It does lose charge quicker than normal but not a problem. No scratches or blemishes.

Bought 2 IPADS as a gift for my twin sisters. Very impressed by amazon for offering great condition refurbished products. Both were easy to set up. no issues with making an apple id and i was able to download hundreds of games smoothly. Will be monitoring how well it performs in the next few months and may change my review then. but for now 10/10 would recommend!
