Very good phone. It arrived in great shape and no damage. It had instructions on how to trade in your old device. It had 100% battery health. easy instructions to setup your new device with your icloud. Esim makes it easy to swap phones. Good value.

I purchased a renewed premium unlocked iPhone 15. I have had the iPhone XR since August of 2020, so it was time for an upgrade. I did not want to hurt my wallet too badly, so I went with a used iPhone 15. I received it yesterday and got everything transferred successfully without any trouble. I did have to make a quick 10 minute trip to Verizon to set up the e-sim, however. It took them about 10 minutes to transfer the e-sim from my XR to my “new” 15. The difference between the two phones is great. I am happy with the used phone so far. 99% battery life. I meticulously looked for any defects on the phone with a flash light, and only found 1 very small chip. Too small to really even see. Came with charging cable and 50% battery. I was skeptical, but glad I went with a used phone.

Phone was in GREAT condition! Not a mark on it! Setup was easy, I just downloaded my backup from the cloud. One of the easiest transfers I have ever done!

Phone not actually unlocked (and return options were a nightmare)
Supposedly this phone was unlocked, but it was not. After transferring my SIM to the new phone, it showed as unlocked and working, but cell data was marked as “SOS” in the top right and I couldn’t get my data to work. To make matters worse, my old phone had already transferred the plan, so its data hasn’t worked either. And since I have no functional phone number, I couldn’t call my carrier support number for days until I borrowed a friend’s phone. My carrier, T-Mobile, told me that despite the device being “unlocked”, there was actually a block on it from the phone’s previous carrier, Verizon, and that only that carrier could do anything about it. When I call them, they are unable to see a block or do anything. Extremely frustrating and a huge waste of time!Update: I have been trying to return the defective phone for months now, and for some reason the only option is for UPS to pick up the package at my house — which they did once, with no notice, while I wasn’t home, and haven’t attempted to do since. I have tried to contact Amazon about this and the related issue that since I live in an apartment, I don’t have a door for them to knock on or a doorbell to ring. I have been sent in circles and circles with Amazon and UPS and nobody seems to be able to just give me the packing label so I can print it out myself and take it to UPS. Extremely frustrating since the return window closes at some point and I really need my money back!!!!

Great buy, good as new!
The iPhone 15 was easy to set up with my prepaid carrier. I am currently with Visible and the eSIM process was seamless. It was already unlocked and ready to go! I have the phone for several months now and it works great. To me the phone came good as new so definitely good quality for the money. I do wish it came with the original charging chord made by Apple so that is why I didn’t give 5 stars.

Great phone overall! It has a little chip on the bezel of one of the cameras that I didn’t notice until I looked closely, but no cosmetic damage otherwise. It’s on 99% battery health and 62 cycles – I was hoping for the 100% health I saw some other reviewers have, but 99% isn’t bad by any means. I had no issues putting my sim card into the slot, no eSim necessary. I have been using my phone for about a day now, and have no issues so far.

Phone works great no issues there but I didn’t notice upon opening it had a small little scratch on the very back of the phone not a huge deal but it’s new so it would have been nice to not have a scratch other than that fast shipping and all this good
