The phone cannot be told from brand new. There was not a mark on the screen or the case. The battery had zero cycles through it, charging to 100%. My wife could not be happier! It works perfectly.

Excellent refurbished phone with 2 cycle counts on the battery
I bought this for my step daughter after her old phone finally stopped working. With the new baby, I decided to help her so she could get something current and reliable. She loves it after several weeks of putting it thru heavy daily use. It is working flawlessly and looked as good as a NIB from the Apple Store.

The phone had a noticeable scratch under the screen protector when I removed it. For a Renewed Premium device, I expected the exterior to be in excellent condition. The damage was clearly present from the start, and the quality did not match the expectations for a premium renewed phone.
