Honest Review for BidAllies iPhone13 Starlight, for those on the fence
I purchased this phone for my girlfriend who has had an iphone 10 for almost half a decade. I was hesitant to buy through Amazon renewed due to the nature of mixed reviews but was pretty confident with the stars and amount of reviews for this SPECIFIC SELLER AND ITEM from BidAllies (cannot speak for all products or sellers). After extensive research, I learned that the 13 is arguably one of the best iPhones on the market and this renewed premium line was going for a very reasonable price. I won’t lie, the packaging and phone were a little bit dirty, but I appreciate them including a third party apple charger to complement.In the last three pictures below you can see a few minor blemishes, but none that bother me much or would be noticeable. The slight blemishes around the camera also do not impact the functionality and there is no scratch across the top lens it is just the reflection.Maybe this was luck, but my phone came with a 100% capacity and a USED but genuine Apple battery. The face ID, camera, speakers (although a little dirty), charging port, bluetooth, and sim port were all fully functional. No cracks or scratches on the screen surface. For the price point I am extremely happy with MY purchase and will say it is true to the Renewed Premium guidelines, but will provide an update in a few months IF any issues with the device arise. I am making this review as I was one of those people who were nervous about the renewed system, and I can say I am very relieved with my purchase!

Great Phone
Great phone. Its practically brand new. Not a single scratch on it. Battery capacity was at 93%. I bought this phone as a backup phone and I could not be happier. Few years back, I bought a renewed iPhone 14 plus from Amazon. That was a great phone too and i still have it today. Amazon renewed products are great. Highly recommended.

My iPhone 11 was fine until the 64 gig memory filled up. The 15 Pro with 128 gig is the right size for me and has a better camera.

BEWARE! Non-functional iPhone, definitely not “Premium”! Not as described, total waste of money.
Beware!! Just because you order a “Premium” doesn’t mean you’re getting something better & functional. I spent way more on a premium thinking I would receive something in better working conditions but unfortunately, it was a waste of money.While others received their iPhone with 100% battery, mine arrived with 90%, the display was replaced with a cheap non-genuine one that the iPhone keeps notifying me of and keep having issues with the touchscreen. The keyboard goes nuts every single time I try to type anything. There’s also a white spot/bubble inside the display that I keep seeing even when I scroll up and down. It also keeps heating up like crazy and keep getting a high temperature notice (even when charging), battery won’t last and have to keep charging it a couple of times throughout the day. The battery health reduced the very same day it was delivered. Sometimes I wake up to seeing a dark screen and have to turn it off completely and back on again to get it to work again. To sum it all up, it’s a piece of trash and I unfortunately wasted my money on this. Worst experience ever, a total nightmare. I had ordered two premium iPhones from the same seller (ELECTRONIC DEALS), who marked both as shipped with the same tracking number but only shipped ONE! Kept insisting he sent both, when it wasn’t true and I had proof upon delivery. Had to reach out to Amazon twice in order for them to issue a full refund since the seller didn’t resolve the issue. He offered to refund, but never did. Thankfully, the Amazon warranty helped me and I was able to receive a refund for the iPhone that was never sent! So, if you’re planning to purchase, BEWARE! Don’t waste your money on this. Do your research and buy from someone who’s trustworthy.Just because it says it’s premium, it’s not going to be better than a non-premium one. If all these issues would’ve been stated in the listing, I wouldn’t purchase. It was supposed to be premium for god’s sake! Now I’m stuck with a phone that isn’t functional and it’s bound to stop working anytime. With all the inconveniences and inconsistencies, I was afraid to return it to the seller in order to get a full refund since I almost didn’t receive a refund for the one that was never sent in the first place. I’m glad it was never received though. Otherwise, it would’ve been two non-functional iPhones and more wasted money.Thanks to the cheap, non-geniune display replacement, the phone will never work as it should. How on earth can this be considered premium!? Will have to purchase a brand new phone from the carrier.

I was really scared buying a phone from Amazon. I upgraded from an IPhone XR to an iPhone 13. Huge differences.Battery — it’s amazing and I knew it came refurbished so it would be a bit of a low battery capacity but I really loved the guarantee of higher than 90%!Appearance wise — no scratches , it came in perfect condition. Size is not too small not too big. Screen quality came clean.Audio works great , camera is also good.I’m really happy with this purchase!

Works good no real problems, but the screen was previously replaced. It says the screen is not original and unrecognized, but it still works fine. Camera quality is great. Audio quality when speaking on the phone is bad, also when recording video the audio quality is bad. Microphones must be bad on this model.

Great Upgrade for iPhone XS Users who Want 5G, Newer Processor on a Budget!
Perfect upgrade from iPhone XS without ‘newest model’ sizzles. Functionality is exactly what I need right now: speed, 5G, and a MUCH easier-to-hold overall size. Frankly, I had to really look for the tiny physical flaw that Amazon Renewed identified, and it doesn’t affect the phone’s appearance or functionality.

It is much newer than my phone that came out 7 years ago.I had never seen the “premium” condition for an iPhone.When I received I can not find one scratch, dent or mark on the phone. The battery was 93%.While I would have liked a better percentage. I received exactly what they claimed in the description.No complaints at all.It has only been a couple days since buying. I am really happy with this purchase.While there was an “excellent”condition iPhone, same as this one. Which was also cheaper. I do not regret getting this “premium,” phone.It has a one year warranty with Amazon. Which you don’t get on anything in less condition.With it being shipped and sold by Amazon I felt that also was in my favour.As of now I would buy and recommend buying a refurbished phone from Amazon. Whichever seller is up to you. AA has always worked for me.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

When I ordered this for a Christmas present for my daughter I ended up having to pay am extra 200 just because she wanted a pink one, my other daughter wanted a red one, the red was not the premium but good condition, which just so happened to by in way better shape than this so called premium one that had little dings around the outside of the phone and scratches on the back, needless to say do not pay extra for premium stick to the cheaper ones they are on better shape
