Worth the risk
I was skeptical buying online at first. Amazon lost my package the first time and I wrangled a refund out of them (this does not reflect on the seller at all). Second time around, phone came in pristine condition. Everything was unlocked, no damages or scratches, and as described for the Premium quality I purchased it at. Setup was great and it’s been a couple months now. Everything still working well, no glitches or hardware issues. Overall, would buy again. Great value for the price!

Even though it’s 2nd handed, when I open it, it’s feel like brand new, never a glitch, never frozen that I had to restart my phone. Very nice and great price. Ease of setup, use and great color.

Renewed premium is the way to go! I got the phone sold and shipped by Amazon. Was weary about third parties as they didn’t have great reviews. Phone works great. Looks great, no scratches. Dual e sim is cool. Has a battery health of 100%. The phone was fully unlocked like it advertised. Was very easy to set up. I am pleased.

Waste, waste, waste!!!!
This was the biggest waste of time and money. It’s apparently unlocked but my carrier has been trying to activate it all day and has had nothing but issues. I’m going to lose it if I have to return the phone wait for my refund and then wait a few more days for another new phone!! I use my phone for my job, I’m missing out on so much money not having a phone and might I add I got this phone because it was unlocked and was supposed to be here the next day between 230-630, didn’t show up until 9 pm!! I have since canceled Amazon and I’m going back to Walmart, this is absolutely ridiculous!! Why are you selling phones as “unlocked” when they are not or creating issues to where ppl can’t even activate the stupid phone.. a big waste! See ya Amazon!! Never again!!

only giving it a 4 because its not unlocked but its okay. it looks brand new and works just fine. due to the fact its locked though i had to start a new plan using this app called instabridge (i really do recommend getting that if you get this phone) this is my first iphone but overall easy to you! i do recommend this completely
