Great Robo Vacuum + Mop for the price
This is going to be a long and very detailed review including some tips on how to improve efficiency.I’ve been a robot vacuum user for about 5 years now. I got the best of the iRobot Roomba when it was launched 5 years ago and now was the time to upgrade. So I bought this Vacuum plus robot combo from Eureka given the price point and Amazon deals.1. Vacuum feature – I upgraded from Roomba i7 and the difference is significant visible. Eureka E20 plus punches 8000 pascal of suction force which sucks is most of the dust and debris or food stuck on carpet very well. Larger bits of paper or chunks of food may get stuck. But overall for daily use it’s really good. The two side brushes and the roll up brushes do a great job is cleaning and collecting hair. Small pet hair all the way up to women long hair all get caught up very well.Tip – Go to app settings and change preferences to increase or decrease suction power based on how dirty your carpet is or how long or short the carpet hair are.2. Mop – I do want to say that the mop is not as great as I expected. It’s basically a fixture that goes up and down with water sprayers on it. It does an Okay job I’d say.You do see some streaks on the floor right where the sprayers spray water on the mop.If there is a stain or something on the floor, don’t expect it to clean in a single go. You may have to send the robot again using the spot clean feature. The mop is easy to remove and is machine washable. Putting it back is a learning curve since it’s a pretty tight fit.Tip – If you are using the mop for the first time or if your mop pads are dry, use the water level to highest setting for optimum effect.Tip 2 – if floor is dirty, I’d recommend just vacuuming first. You can turn off mop in preferences. And once vacuum is done, turn on mop feature and then start another cycle.3. Dust collector – This is by far the best and strongest dust collection system in the market. It’s very powerful and pretty much sucks out EVERYTHING from the robot dust collector bin. It’s a bit loud but it barely runs for 30 seconds and so I don’t mind it.This is a pretty handy feature and makes the entire setup truly hands free for a long time.It is easy to clean with a two click removal and installation (similar to handheld cordless vacuum cleaners)Tip – Set the dust collection to once after every cycle for maximum vacuum efficiency.4. App – The app is pretty good and easy to use. It has a seamless interface with the robot and has a lot of features. You can edit maps, divide rooms, backup the map, restore existing map and have multiple maps as well. The initial mapping run is a bit long but that’s a one time setup. Additionally, it updates the map after every use and makes it precise after every cycle. What I didn’t like about the app is that one account can be logged into only one phone. So basically if I have to give access to my wife, she has to create a new account and I just have to authorize her to use the robot.5. Sensor performance – The big Lidar the top of robot is super efficient. Unlike the old models that used a camera and vision system, the lidar does a better job. The obstacle avoidance is fabulous and it doesn’t hit walls or doors like other robots with camera vision. It has sensors to detect hardwood floor vs carpet and automatically retracts or advances mop based on floor type. The motor torque for the brushes and roll up brushes are monitored. So if anything gets stuck or if it has extra resistance, the app notifies you immediately.Summary -Since you have to vacuum first and then another cycle of mop for hard floors to get best results as per my test, if you have a house with mostly carpet and don’t mind clicking some extra buttons on app, this robot combo is a great addition. There are better mop robots in the market but I don’t want to spend $1700 for them.Given the under $400 price, this is one of the best combo robot in the market.

definitely worth considering.
I recently started using the Eureka robot vacuum with the automatic dust collection station, and I have to say I am really impressed with its performance. From the design to the functionality, this product feels very well thought out.Design & Build QualityThe unit has a sleek, modern look with a compact robot and a tall docking station that doubles as a charging base and dust collector. The purple multi-cyclone dustbin is not only visually appealing but also functional, since it allows bagless dust collection and makes it easy to see how much debris has been collected. The build feels sturdy, and the handle on the dustbin makes it convenient to remove and clean.Cleaning PerformanceThe suction power is excellent for both hard floors and carpets. It does a great job picking up dust, hair, and small debris, and I’ve noticed that it doesn’t scatter dirt the way some other vacuums do. The side brushes reach into corners and along edges, which ensures a more thorough clean. One of the biggest advantages is that the robot automatically empties itself into the base station, so I don’t have to deal with emptying the dustbin after every run.Navigation & MappingEquipped with a LIDAR laser navigation system, the robot maps my home with high precision. The app shows a detailed floor plan, and I can set up specific zones, no-go areas, or even schedule it to clean certain rooms at different times. The navigation is smart—rarely does it get stuck, and it moves in neat, efficient rows instead of randomly bouncing around.App & Smart FeaturesThe companion app is very user-friendly. From the app, I can start or stop cleaning, adjust suction power, check cleaning history, and even see the live map as the robot works. It also supports voice control via smart home assistants, which makes operating it even more convenient.Dust Collection StationThis is one of the best features. The multi-cyclone design means there’s no need for disposable bags, and it can hold a significant amount of dust before needing to be emptied. It’s much more hygienic since I don’t have to touch the debris directly, and it saves time and effort.Noise LevelThe robot itself runs relatively quietly, even on stronger suction modes. The dust collection station does make a loud noise when it empties the bin, but that only lasts a few seconds and isn’t really an issue.Overall ImpressionThis Eureka robot vacuum has exceeded my expectations. It combines strong cleaning performance, advanced navigation, and a very practical self-emptying system. It’s especially useful for families with pets, kids, or busy schedules because it minimizes the need for manual intervention. If you’re looking for a reliable, powerful, and convenient cleaning solution, this robot vacuum is definitely worth considering.

Great Purchase at this Price
I recently purchased the Eureka E20 Plus, and it has genuinely transformed how I handle daily cleaning. From the very first use, I could tell this robot vacuum is built with thoughtful engineering and real practicality in mind. The suction power is excellent. It picks up everything from fine dust to pet hair, and it handles carpets surprisingly well. Even with mixed flooring in my home, it adjusts quickly and cleans thoroughly without needing any intervention. The self-emptying station is one of the biggest advantages. It’s bagless, holds weeks of debris, and keeps the filter cleaner than most other vacuums I’ve owned. Not having to manually empty the dust bin after every run makes the entire experience incredibly convenient.Navigation is another strong point. The LiDAR mapping is fast and accurate, and the robot moves in a very organized pattern. It avoids obstacles intelligently and has no trouble returning to the dock. The app is easy to use, allowing me to schedule cleanings, set restricted areas, and check cleaning history whenever I want. The mopping feature is helpful for everyday upkeep. It’s not meant for deep scrubbing, but it keeps my floors fresh, and I appreciate that it automatically lifts the mop over carpets — something many other models don’t do as effectively.Overall, the Eureka E20 Plus has exceeded my expectations. It feels premium, operates reliably, and has significantly reduced how much time I spend maintaining my floors. If you’re looking for a dependable, powerful, and easy-to-manage robot vacuum, I would highly recommend this one.
