What should I do when I receive the product for the first time?

How to make motion sensors work all the time?
There are 2 AUTO modes to detect motion. [Day Mode] makes the motion sensor work all the time, and [Night Mode] allows the motion sensor to work only in dim environments.
Why is the remote control not working?
When using the remote control, please remove the insulation film from the bottom first. Also, ensure that the remote control is aimed at the product. If it still does not work, try replacing the batteries in the remote control.

Top five Amazon purchase ever.
These lights are awesome. On its highest setting, these adjustable lights are bright enough for task lighting and when on the lowest setting, they create a comfortable ambiance. The first set I purchased was placed on the underside of our kitchen cabinets in the kitchen and the second set I used to light up bedroom closets. I charge them every other week although I have never had them actually run out of charge. These are very easy to install and easy to pull of their magnetized holders when it’s time to charge. You will not be disappointed. The lights were packaged carefully and compactly. Amazon delivered on time and with care.

These are well built and working as expected so far. Had a different set which had a base to charge 3 at a time and weee dimmable but the Base stopped charging. I wish these had dimmable feature but they’re fine. Includes short charging cords that can plug into USB slots.

Automatic shut off time not adjustable
Really great lights, install easily and work as expected. I just wish I could choose how long they stay on when motion is detected. They turn off after 10-15 seconds and that is just a bit annoying. If I could set this as a preference to 30-60 seconds, they would be perfect.

Bright, easy to charge and super helpful!
We had some under the counter lights before that ran on AA batteries – but they’d die REALLY fast. These have a great brightness and battery life. They’re nice and slim, so you don’t have to worry about bumping your head or something else on them when moving under a cabinet. And they’re magnetic! Which is nice because you can quickly and easily take them down for charging OR if you need a light on hand!We had to repair a part of our stove shortly after getting them and it was super easy to remove it from the mount it came with, and attach it to the microwave above the stove due to the magnets inside of it. That allowed us to have a light DIRECTLY over the stove while we fixed it and then safely move it out of the way so it didn’t get when the stove would be used. Extra good that due to the magnets, all hands could be used for the task at hand, no one had to awkwardly hold their phone or a flashlight for the other person to work allowing us to more quickly solve the problem!I also use these in our closets and pantry. Those didn’t have lights when we moved in, and turning on all available nearby lights [ex. the hall light for a hall closet, or the kitchen light for the pantry] never provided quite enough light to the entire closet or would require you getting in the way of 90% of the light to actually look in there. These lights are great, and the motion sensors are perfect. They’re a little sensitive so sometimes all it takes it walking past them or opening a door near them – but that’s great if you need to open a door, lean in and grab something quickly and close it. And the timer of 20 seconds is usually perfect for a quick grab – or I just make use of the remote if I know I’ll need the light to stay on longer.And the timers for when you’re not using motion sensor are perfect. I’ve had so many you put on for say 15 minutes and they turn off in 5 or 10, or you’ll set one for an hour and come back hours later and it’s still on and half out of battery. These have been perfect, never turns off too soon [unless the battery dies] and never stays on forever despite setting a timer. They also charge super quickly when plugged directly into a wall [they’re a little slower if you plug into a USB port on say a laptop]. I bought 2 sets of 5 and with the 6 currently in use it took me 2 hours to charge all 6 – doing 2 at a time [I had 4 cords with the 2 boxes [each had 2] but did NOT have enough places available at the time to plug them all in at once] and accounting for lulls of me not just watching for them to indicate they were done, that’s not too shabby!

EZVALO under cabinet lights – forget the charging station!
The lights are awesome. However the charging station is a waste of money. You can use a Type C charging cord. One of the charging pins on the charging station was broken off. I kept the lights, but wish I hadn’t bothered with the charging station. The plastic dividers won’t stay in to hold the lights up to change. And with one of them broken off it sparks and is ready to start a fire.
