Mad I waited so long to buy one
I was very skeptical that an off brand controller could be anywhere as good or better than the OEM xbox controller, especially for the same price ($55 as of Nov 25). Boy was I ever wrong. This thing destroys the cheap oem controller by leaps and bounds. I will say I don’t think this controller works with a console, as I’m using it on a PC.Build quality is great, no creaks or unappealing noises. Everything feels and looks premium.Buttons: Love having short stroke clicky mechanical face buttons. Bumpers feel a lot nicer than OEM and quiet. The two extra buttons below the face buttons are normal (not mechanical), but you don’t use them as much so it doesn’t matter. This goes for the start, select, home and function buttons as well.Triggers: Never had any adjustable triggers before but man are they nice. Very nice travel and smooth on the long travel mode (No annoying noise either). Very fast clicky buttons on the short travel setting.Thumbsticks: Adjustable tension is amazing and I don’t think I could go back. It’s so easy to dial in your resistance to whatever your heart desires. They also feel like they have more travel than an OEM controller as well. I feel like I have to make more exaggerated movements, but that also equals more fine tuned control. The rubber grips are great and work well.I installed the software and that was easy and very customizable as well.Really I don’t have anything to complain about with this controller. I would totally buy this over any other cheap/oem controller for sure.Flydigi has gained a loyal customer!

My #1 pro controller
For the price, it’s very high quality (was on sale). The build quality of the controller is solid with a nicely textured grip. The a/x/b/y buttons feel tactile and comfortable with slight pre-travel. The most outstanding feature on the controller is the built in tension adjustment for the joysticks. It’s easy and intuitive to use. Although the joystick tension will not be the first thought that comes to mind, it’s pretty unique amongst the controllers that I’ve had, and it allows for the luxury to individually fine-tune the feeling of your directional input and your aim. Lastly, there are four remappable back buttons that I use for the joysticks and a/y keys. They are easy to reach without interfering with my grip on the controller. Overall, I’d say this controller has great value for its worth.

Nearly Perfect — Amazing Hardware Held Back by Software
The FLYDIGI Vader 4 Pro is one of the best-feeling controllers I’ve ever used. The ability to adjust joystick tension is a total game-changer. It gives me the control I’ve always wanted, especially for FPS. The build is solid, and being able to customize the trigger travel is great for quicker response during gameplay. I’ve been using it on PC, and it performs flawlessly. The only thing holding this back from being a 5-star controller is the software. The configuration tool on PC feels clunk. It works, but it doesn’t match the polish of the hardware.Still, this is a top-tier option if you care about performance and customization at a great price!

Great Performance, Value, and Features
An amazing controller with accurate triggers, sticks, and switches. The mechanical buttons have a very audible click, but if that is not a problem or even preferred it’s an incredible value for features, accuracy, and overall performance. This controller is packed with features you usually find on controllers that cost much more.Pros:- The hall effect sticks are great. They’re smooth and the tensioning mechanism is incredibly useful, I personally like to have more resistance on the right stick (around 3 from max) for first person games, and less (around 3 from min) for third person games.- One surprising feature is the switchable triggers. You can flip a switch on the back and they become clicky like a mouse button. It’s perfect for shooters or any game where you don’t need a slow/analog trigger pull. It also helps me rest my fingers on them without accidentally pressing them since they provide a bit of resistance required to click on them.- The extra buttons are handy and let you have a comfortable controller grip instead of a claw grip while still having the versatility of simultaneous inputs and movements/panning. You get four buttons on the back which can be bound to any functions, and the extra two buttons on the grips are natural to hit (I prefered binding the right grip button to ‘interact’ and left to ‘sprint/movement modifier’ so I could move the camera, change movement, and sprint with a natural grip. The two extra face buttons by the right grip are by default bound to pressing the sticks down, useful if needing a precise actuation of those buttons but I did find myself using those somewhat rarely.- It connected to my PC quickly with the dongle it came with. The app is easy to use and lets you change everything, the button layout, the lights, the vibration. You can also rebind buttons like swapping the A/B/X/Y buttons to match the Nintendo layout (which I did prefer in some games). There are profiles available to quickly switch entire controller configurations.- Battery life is reasonable. I get about two weeks out of it playing an hour or so a day. There are controllers with much bigger batteries, but this controller can also be used while charging with a USB-C cable so it’s more than adequate.SmallCons:- The controller is clicky (also a pro because it is precise). The buttons have mechanical switches, so they make a sharp click every time you press them. Great for mechanical feedback, but I can see how it could annoy those around me.- The main A/B/X/Y face buttons on mine have a bit of shifting / travel at that top that feels ‘squeaky’Overall:My favorite controller, great value, features, comfort, accuracy and perfromance and its compatible with the PC, Android, and IOS.
