I recently bought this phone myself, and I’m really impressed. The phone feels solid, the 256GB storage is perfect for all my apps and photos, this phone also can expandable up to 2TB. This phone is waterproof and military grade; it is good to use any weather and any time. The A1 main camera is super good at taking pictures. The screen is bright and clear, and battery life easily lasts a full day even with heavy use. The unlocked option gives me flexibility with carriers. Overall, a great value for a budget-friendly phone!

Not-So-Rugged phone
After two weeks use it would no longer recognize the SIM card. The SIM worked in other phones so the issue was with the phone. Also, the phone battery held charge for 3 days but took HOURS to recharge. I opted for return, did not want to talk to the seller. AZ contacted the vendor anyway. Never received a reply from the seller. 0% customer service

Damaged but overall good phone
Overall not a bad phone but came damaged looks like a return and repackaged. If you’re going to do that to a customer let them know before, I am returning and purchased the phone I actually wanted and needed for its flir capabilities. You have a nice product but overall don’t resell a return without truly inspecting and if this was off the line damage, QA required..
