Flare X5 Series
Created from high-quality hand-screened DDR5 DRAM ICs, Flare X5 memory kits are designed for performance on AMD platforms. Featuring AMD EXPO (EXtended Profiles for Overclocking) profiles, Flare X5 allows simple memory overclocking through BIOS on supported motherboards.

Matte Minimalism
Available in anodized matte black or white, the Flare X5 memory module features a minimalistic design inspired by classic racing stripes and grills, and is ideal for a variety of build themes with its simple design.

Compact Low-Profile Design
Featuring a low-profile height of just 33mm, the Flare X5 is an ideal choice for compact PC builds or systems with large CPU coolers*.
* Please check the specifications of your CPU cooler for actual height clearance.

AMD EXPO Support
Includes AMD EXPO profile to easily enable memory overclock settings in motherboard BIOS.*

G.SKILL Flare X5 Series DDR5 U-DIMM Memory Kit, Model: F5-6000J3636F16GX2-FX5
32GB total capacity kit containing 2x16GB modules, rated for up to DDR5-6000 CL36-36-36-96 at 1.35V
Non-ECC, DDR5 U-DIMM, 288-pin, for Desktop PC & Gaming
Includes JEDEC default profile, and AMD EXPO & Intel XMP 3.0 memory overclock profile
Do not mix memory kits. Memory kits are sold in matched kits that are designed to run together as a set. Mixing memory kits will result in stability issues or system failure.
For Intel Z890, Intel Z790, Intel Z690, Intel B860, Intel B760, Intel B660, AMD X870, AMD X670, AMD B850, AMD B840, AMD B650, AMD A620 platforms. Refer to G.SKILL memory QVL or RAM Configurator tool on the G.SKILL website for more details on validated motherboard and hardware.
Usage in any manner inconsistent with manufacturer specifications, warnings, designs, or recommendations will result in lower speeds, system instability, or damage to the system or its components.
Memory kits will boot at JEDEC default SPD speed at default BIOS settings with compatible hardware.
For memory kits with XMP and/or EXPO overclock profile, enable XMP/EXPO/DOCP/A-XMP profile in BIOS to reach up to the rated potential XMP or EXPO overclock speed of the memory kit, subject to the use of compatible hardware. Enabling XMP or EXPO is an act of overclocking and requires BIOS setting adjustments.
Reaching the rated XMP or EXPO overclock speed and system stability will depend on the compatibility and capability of the motherboard and CPU used.

Nice looking simple RAM.
Seems to work just fine, but ran me through a hoop because it needs to have you reset the CMOS battery and redo BIOS, fans settings and what not. But hey. I have 64gb now.

GSKILL DELIVERS YET AGAIN
Great memory, never had an issue sith GSkill, my only gripe was the limit of one pair per customer. But I understand why the policy exists so wont fault Amazon. If you need non RGB fast reliable memory that wont break the bank here you go.

Don’t confuse stability of Ram vs CPU and BIOS compatibility with EXPO
Initially had problems running EXPO on a b650 tomahawk, memory context restore led to BSOD bluescreen and general instability even when updating bios. Tweaked some settings mainly “Enable Power Down” and ran it at 6000 mhz manual. This helped avoid Bluescreen but still had issues with sound popping and crackling. I am not sure what the issue was but I assume the default voltage on the MB was too high but after researching and watching some Gamers Nexus videos it is most likely it is a compatibility issue with MB’s and AMD, the MB companies not receiving correct data from AMD leading to instability utilizing EXPO.I solved this by switching to a Asus ROG Strix B650E-F Wifi and have not had a problem with this RAM thus far.Although I was a bit confused being that without expo this RAM is rated at 4000 mhz not 6000. I assumed default speeds were 6000 and EXPO would increase it further. I am not 100% sure on this but it seems as if the advertised speeds are only when EXPO profile is on. Seems to be the case.Very curious about the flagship version from Gigabyte if it is any better but I just hate RGB tbg. Hope this review helps.

As Good As Big Name Companies
Got this the same day I ordered. I Hhad bought a new desktop and it only came with one 16GB ram stick. These popped in quite easily and the pc read them with no issues. I run a Plex home media server and these run it smoothly.

Hasn’t been stable for me at EXPO speeds
I have the ASUS TUF Gaming B650-PLUS WiFi motherboard and the Ryzen 5 7600 (non-X model), and this RAM hasn’t been stable for me at the EXPO speeds and latency. I replaced both the RAM and then the MOBO (with the same model) trying to solve it, no change. I also tried tweaking the CPU cooler’s torque, no change there either. They can pass a memtest initially, until under load for a while, and then they start accumulating errors and failing memtest. It may be related to the temperatures; they end up around 50C after gaming for 30 mins, even with my case fans on full blast. The JEDEC speeds (4800mhz with 40 cas) were always perfectly reliable. I guess I’m just going to have to wait for a BIOS update, or try a different set of sticks.I’m only taking off one star because it seems like right now there are a lot of AM5 and DDR5 RAM issues, so this problem may not have anything to do with gskill; their RAM has always been stable for me before, and according to CPU-Z they have nice SK Hynix chips inside.

Worked as expected!
Arrived on time. Increased system memory as expected to 64GB from 32GB. Simple 24 hour usage hasn’t revealed any issues. Only system intensive tasks were using HandBrake application which never pushed memory usage above 8GB, I ordered more memory for future MS windows 11 installation.
