Refurbish job/quality control is good
I got the at&t version. It came and worked fine with no issues. The screen was basically immaculate and came with a protector pre install as well. The battery health was at 84%, so higher than their guaranteed 80% but not fantastic. It still gets me through the day just fine. After about 90 days the phone said it was now carrier unlocked so that’s neat. In terms of this product being sold refurbished there are no complaints but there are gripes with the phone model itself that aren’t the sellers fault, such as the screen being slightly warm in color, fingerprint reader being ok at best, and getting a little warm in the hand from just regular use. All of these issues are typical of any pixel 7, refurbished or not, so just know what you’re buying before you get this. Still overall very satisfied

Nice device for my mom to use.
Great phone. Got this for my mom. She was using my old phone which was a OnePlus 8T which was a great phone but it had lines in the screen which was a known defect on that device. They actually replaced the phones free in India but not in the US. The Pixel 7 technically is a downgrade from that device. However for my mom, she just needs a basic device in a durable case that will last here another year or two. At this refurbished pricepoint, its a great deal. I installed an adblocker on it for her and tested out the camera and charging capabilities for her. There was an issue with this phone connecting for data properly on my computer but my mom isn’t going to use it for tethering or anything. It is a decent device and still pretty solid from a performance perspective. It should last her another year or maybe two and since its a Pixel, comes free of T-mobile Bloatware.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
The phone was great while I used it. Everything about it was fantastic and I loved using it. That was until the battery life dropped insanely quick. I started the refund process once I noticed it dying exceedingly fast, and sent it back.This seller decided to hold over half of my refund hostage as a “restocking fee” and “shipping costs” after I sent it back. They then claimed they held this money because I “damaged the phone”, but told me I could send pictures of the phone if I thought I didn’t damage it. You know, the phone that I sent back and they already had in their possession. They then went dark and have no responded since.I had the phone in a case the whole time I owned it,, it was never dropped, and it had a screen protector on it the whole time because it was sent with one on. I have been in contact with Amazon for over a month now trying to get my money back from this obvious scam. The phone was great, until it wasn’t. This seller, however, has been awful to work with since. I cannot recommend ANYONE buy from this seller, as you may not get your money back if you are not happy with what you receive.

Excellent condition!
I was looking for a phone for my father. He was using the Samsung a50 or something. It was a 7 year old phone. I talked to him about upgrading his phone to something current. At first I was very weary about the quality for the price. I purchased the used excellent condition. Let me tell you, boy, it looked BRAND new. Yes, it had a few signs of wear, but no cracks, no giant scuff marks, and no deep scratches either! After taking an alcohol wipe to clean it, because you never know what someone has on their hands, the phone looked sparkly new. Will my father use 128gb? Probably not, but, it has enough storage for his needs. The touch screen was nice, no scratches on the screen or on the glass back. Very responsive. If I need a good quality phone again, I will purchase from this seller!

Factory unlocked model, but may still be locked by carrier
So first of all, the phone I received was in pretty good condition. No damage to the screen, some scuffing by the charging port, but otherwise clean. The problem like those have noted, is that it was locked to T-Mobile. It is worth noting that this IS the unlocked variant (Google Factory model) of the Pixel 7, but it was relocked to T-Mobile after the fact. At this point I was ready to give this 1 star and be done with it, but Amazon came through and offered a replacement. Sure, fine, let’s give that a shot. The replacement was in similar condition, but this time it was not locked. After that I was successful in setting it up. Everything seemed to work fine after the fact. In this case, I don’t feel I can fully blame the vendor for the original problem as this wouldn’t be obvious unless you checked the IMEI against the various databases out there, but I do need to dock a star because the original device did not work as described.

Just Amazing.
Been having cell phones for 25 years now. Probably been through 15 phones during that time—-Apple, Samsung, Nokia, even Xiaomi. They all kind of blend together and nothing stands out—until the Pixel. This phone has been nothing short of amazing all the way. It’s fast, intuitive, and absolutely best of all, it comes preloaded with Google call reject. What a game changer. I set mine to reject any calls except my contacts and I love it. They can leave a voicemail and you get a transcript of the call, but you can just hit delete. Robo calls just hang up automatically. It plugs into a database of known scam callers and automatically rejects them without even notifying you. The only thing I don’t like is a blocked contact can still leave you a voicemail. I had a stalker and blocked them but they could still leave voicemails. The phone is very durable. I’ve dropped it many times that would have shattered a Samsung screen and nothing happened. I’m a Pixel fan for life. I would give this phone 10 stars.

El producto llegó en su caja original, con cables y manuales originales, hasta ahí sinproblema.Al sacar al producto estaba muy sucio, al limpiarlo se veían unos pequeños arañones nada del otro mundo, tanto en el cristal de la pantalla como en el cristal posterior sin comprometer la visibilidad, al examinarlo más detalladamente, el marco del dispositivo ESTABA DOBLADO de modo que la pantalla sobresale muy poco, con un golpe mínimo se va a quebrar o salir la pantalla. Inmediatamente lo regresé a la caja y solicite reembolso.Quedé muy decepcionado con el servicio en el sentido de que ese equipo al supuestamente haber pasado por las manos del equipo técnico que supuestamente supervisaron el refurbished no lo inspeccionaron o hicieron absolutamente nada al respecto, por lo menos esperaba que viniera limpio, y el hecho de vender un producto con un fallo en la integridad del chasis se debería de vender a un precio muchísimo menor que 11mil.
