Installation was very easy and it works perfectly. App wont lock or unlock remotely Not for B&B
The app will not lock or unlock the door. What the crap if someone presses the door bell I can unlock it. But if they don’t lock it back I cant lock it remotely. This is insane a wifi lock that cant be controlled remotely i cant even change my code it makes me enter a new code at the door and I cant add another user it ask for a name and account. Whats account it wont take a email. This app is unusable returning. Also the lock is black and the debolt striker plate is silver. So no the add is incorrect you dont get remote locking and you cant edit your pascode in the app. You can only set temp passwords not yours. And you cant add users because of some unknown bug.. And the volume is so low you can barley hear it. it took a hr to figure out how to get it installed into the app only to find this cant be used for a B&B at all. And the command is not to press #1 its to press the 1 and the # button i wasted 30 mins before i figured out i didn’t press # at the end of a passwords but pressed after 1. instructions are useless.So you open the app select add finger print i says it took it so it doesn’t work so you try again now you have 2 fingerprints. How do you delete the first? good question there is no option to delete fingerprints. Why is this getting good ratings . I don’t know I guess if you didn’t use the app you would like it.

This smart keyless door lock is fantastic! The quality is great, and it’s super easy to install just scan the QR code in the manual for a YouTube video, and you’ll have it done in no time. It connects through the app so you can control passcodes, get unlock alerts, and even use it without smart features if you prefer. The fingerprint and key fob options work smoothly, and the USB-C port for backup power is a smart touch in case the batteries die. The oil-rubbed bronze finish looks elegant and sturdy. Smartlock, easy installation instructions
Premium built smart lock system with fingerprint, code or key lock system. Looks solid and easy instructions for installation. I checked the response of the lock before installing it and seems to be quick and reliable. Took around 30 mins to figure out installation since this is my first time doing this but it was simple and the manual was helpful. Not sure of the battery life and longterm reliability as this is my new installation but hopefully it will be good and will update soon based on how it goes.For me it’s a worthy purchase.Update:As everyone said it started giving troubles. Fingerprint doesn’t work at times and requires multiple times, gets unlocked itself sometimes and battery life is to poor. Still works good with keys though.
