Why did I fail to connect with the APP?
Please check if you have downloaded the correct app. It is only compatible with Lepro app. ( Do NOT download the “Lepro LampUX” or Smart Life app which is not compatible).
Do I have to turn on Wifi and Bluetooth before connecting?
Yes, both wifi and Bluetooth must be turned on before connecting. Otherwise, it may cause you to not search for the device or fail to connect. It’s also best to keep both on during use to ensure proper functionality.
Why does the connection fail even when I turn on the wifi?
Please check if you are using 2.4GHz wifi. Only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. ( NOT support 5ghz)
Why didn’t I receive the verification code in my email when I was trying to register an account on Lepro app？
It might have been classified into the spam folder or another folder, so please check carefully a few more times.
Why did I fail to connect with the Alexa?
Please ensure the bulb is connected to the Wi-Fi network before using Alexa to control it. After Account Linking, if your device is not found in Alexa, perform a ‘discover devices’ operation by simply stating “discover devices” using voice commands.

My own home theater!
I love going to the theater but it can be costly as a weekly date night. We purchased these because we thought how fun it would be to bring the theater to us! It has been soooo good! Easy set up! You can adjust the color& brightness to your liking. So worth it!

Just got the lights and set up is very simple, the lights are very bright with vibrant colors. While I don’t mind not having a physical remote the app is easy enough To navigate. There is also a on/off button on the lights so no remote no problems (will have to get up and tune on or off lights ) over all very please with lights would buy again

Must have wifi! I thought (silly me) that if this advertised a remote, wifi and the app would be optional.Spoiler alert—not optional.Unfortunately I work at a school with no cell service because it’s in the woods…and wifi never works on personal devices either. So. I’m unable to use the app. All I get is blue lights when I turn on and if I let it blink awhile it will eventually turn to a yellow. I’m sure 5th graders will love it anyway. I realized I would need the app when I began hanging them and decided by that time it was already too late and I was committed because there is no teacher ever who has extra time to just hang lights all over again.So blinks blue lights it is.Also—I’m not sure why but only part of the roll has sticky backing…the rest did not. So I had to get out the handy gorilla tape and stick the rest on.Buyer beware if you are looking not to use an app. There is no remote!! And if you are expecting sticky adhesive for all of it, be warned.Ugh.

These lights are stunning I love it! There are so many patterns of colors and it works right through a phone. The lighting is nice and bright and can make a boring room suddenly CHEERFUL. It can make an entire room suddenly look like a disco! I use it every-night and it’s not distracting if you are watching TV at the same time! Excellent Product , I used this long strip with Ai to illuminate boxes in my gaming room set up. It’s works great, many different choices that are pre programmed . Note , I have asked you cannot cut this unit or the AI will not work . Great product for me !

The light is very bright.I knew it needed an app but I didn’t think it needed an account and access to my location and wifi password to work the dam light tho. I thought it was going to before like the instax photo printer if anyone is familiar lol.Anyway, when the light is first turned on the only option is blinking blue, during the app set up process it changes to a bright, slowly changing rainbow that isn’t too hard on the eyes. So far it hasn’t reverted back to blue (i downloaded the app long enough to change colours lol)
