nice buy for the price
I just got this today (5/19/25). Out of the box, setup was easy. The manual could be bigger print, but thankfully, YouTube to the rescue. It works fine for now. I’ll get to test it when I’m not home soon. The app you need is free and easy to use. My only gripe is the motion detection. I don’t know how to turn off the motion detection alerts. I can be sitting in my living room and get a dozen alerts when no one is here moving. Other than that, this is a nice buy for the price. Picture quality is excellent, using the app to control it is easy and great. I’ll update soon.Update: I was out of the house several times. Using the app needed was easy and works great from the library, on the road, anywhere. If you are looking for a nice camera for a decent price, this is it.

Exceeds expectation, since this camera was not pricey I did not expect it to be this good. Image is clear, movement tracking, sound were great. Super easy to install.

Good Indoor Camera
I been doing a lot of reach on indoor security camera. I read lots of reviews n asked alot of questions. Then I came across this one n I watched the videos, read reviews n asked questions on it. So I ordered it n it came in the same day. I opened the package up n took everything out n checked out the manual n found out that it was ease to setup the camera. I played around with it after I got it too work n I like it. The picture color accuracy, durability n camera quality n the alerts are good n the price is good too. I found a indoor camera I like n to keep my eyes on what my Brie is doing when I’m at my appointments. I love that it has two way audio so I can hear what she is going n talk to her too.

Great first time pet cam, memory card is OK but needs another soon
Bought this to keep an eye on my sweet boy when I’m away at work, as hes prone to seizures. Helps monitor any sudden movements and notifies me so I can look back and track if he’s had one while I’m away, also can talk to him through the camera which is niceAfter two months the SD card stopped recognizing itself and would refuse to record over old recordings, which is the only downside to this cam. Got another SD and reading good so far. Night vision is great!

Poor Customer Service /Updated to 5 Star
I am updating my original1 star review to 5 Stars. After the frustration of not being to able to get any real help, I sent an E-mail to Litokam and was surprised to get a response within a few hours. I was sent more instructions to try OR they would send me an upgrader 5 GHz Camera at no charge. I tried the instructions to no avail and sent in a reply for the upgrade. I received the camera a few days later and boom! It set up immediately and works great. Picture quality is outstanding, sound is good and tracking is reasonable. I am very happy with the camera and feel much better about their customer service. With all the new technology with Live Chat, Download Videos and such, an old fashion E-Mail got the job dome.Received the camera on time and in good condition. Went to set up the camera, downloaded the app, no problem. Watched the setup videos from Litokam plus a couple on You Tube. For three days I tried to get Wi-Fi to connect. “Connection failed”. Tried calling Litokam but got message phone system not working go on line. Went on line… Live Chat… was to told to reboot my Wi-Fi so I did but the call dropped? Went back to Live chat and it would not answer. Did this for over a week. Finally sent an E-Mail to support and got an answer back within a couple of hours asking if I had a 5GHz router. I responded I had a Dual Band Router and never heard from them again. It’s been two weeks trying to set up this camera. I understand this could be a defective unit and normally I would reorder a new one but since I can’t get customer service I can’t see waisting my time. Plenty of other brands out there.

Excellent – except they can’t look down. Very frustrating.
Generally, these are excellent cameras, and believe me, I’ve had many, many brands over the years. They’re surprisingly inexpensive and come with lots of features. Now, with their new AI features, they can even send your phone notifications that they’ve “seen” people, cars, or other items the AI can identify.The only drawback I’m finding, as I’m installing a couple more today, is that they can’t look down! This is very frustrating when, like most security cams across the entire Earth, you want to put them up high so they can look down over an area! What designer decided looking down wasn’t important? So, do not put them up on a corner of a tall bookcase to look down over a room. No putting them up high in the corner of a hallway to look down through it. Now, they do look UP with no problem! This means they would be very efficient if you hang them upside down. But I’m not going to screw these into the ceilings all over the house and garage.Also, if you choose to buy these, be sure to get MicroSD cards for them, as they can’t store images or videos onboard without them – unless you want to pay monthly for online Cloud storage. Even without cloud storage, it’s easy enough to access their storage away from home on the smartphone, so there’s no downside.

Good camera/ software sucks!
Good camera, easy to set up but the picture sometimes isn’t focused.And the software takes so long to load, what I wanted to see, or video has already gone- by the time it’s up. I think if they removed some of the ads off the main page it may load quicker.But otherwise, one of the better cameras I have purchased.

There’s lotsa security cameras out there that require a subscription or to use a particular router etc. often they are a pain in the butt but these little elf’s will work on your own wifi router and don’t require subscriptions to work. Easy plug and play controls and they’re compatible and sleek looking. I can just put in an SD card for recording and with 1080p HD images are sharp and clean. You can be a vast distance away and connect easily to check up on your place. I run 2 little elf’s to watch the entrance way and the other to watch windows. Nice feature is you can transmit your voice through them giving your daughter a scare because she skipped school and brought friends to your home. Hey Megapoo I see you and you’re grounded when I get home. Vamoose your friends and get back to school. And you can listen into your home for sounds. My stepdaughter hated my little elves. She eventually destroyed one and was given a lengthy grounding with chores lapped on. She cursed as I used the elf to watch if she was doing her chores correctly. Saying he Megapoo you didn’t wash the baseboards. Every teenager’s nightmare. 😂That’s so coool. It’ll sense movement easily for anything larger than a kitten and send you an instantaneous alert which you can quickly view what’s going on. A night vision is a definite bonus. You can pan each camera live looking about 270 degrees left right up and down again miles away from your home.Only thing that’s problematic. I run a lot of coloured LED lighting that transitions colours and that weirdly sets off the alerts which will be endless unless you just stick to one color. Also an open window with drapes will set it off because of the movement of the drapes.A small thing easily fixable. Bang for buck these are the best economical security cameras available.

I’ve had & been using these little Litokam indoor home security cameras for several months now & they have been great ! I downloaded the little elf security camera app to use them with & this has also worked great without any issues ! You can choose & use a good selection of features within the app for the cameras like, motion detection, motion detection alarm, so you receive messages alerts to your phone or tablet. You can also choose the sensitivity, low, medium or high. You can also turn on motion tracking so the camera will follow the subject & it’s movement. You also have sound detection, where if it picks up unusual sounds, you will receive an alert. You can also choose human detection where it will only react to human forms & their movements, instead of picking up any & all other movements. You can also set schedules to. They also have night vision, which is a great feature to have when the lights are out. Plus it’s great that you have the option of inserting a micro SD card to record your footage on. You can also choose to have & pay monthly or yearly subscription for a storage cloud within the app for the cameras if this is a better option for you as well. Also within the app, you are able to turn the cameras of your choice off using private mode if you don’t want them on & recording continuously or you want some privacy. They are also really handy if like me you have any pets as well. It gives you peace of mind knowing if you have to pop out & about & go anywhere, that you are able to check on them & make sure they are all safe & sound. This Is one of the main reasons I decided to purchased them. They come with everything you need, so they are ready to set up & go straight out of the box & once connected to the little elf camera app. They are great little home security cameras & they’ve worked perfectly for me.

These Litokam 2K indoor security cameras offer sharp 360° video and great night vision, which is perfect for keeping an eye on my pets and baby. The 2-way audio works well for communicating from afar. I especially like the motion detection feature—it’s pretty accurate. My only gripe is the phone app, which can be a bit slow and occasionally glitchy. Still, the cameras themselves are reliable and a solid value for the price.
