The robot is very cute and I like it! Powered by ChatGPT, it’s like having a chatty buddy who remembers our talks—whether I’m venting about work or sharing random ideas. It’s super responsive, though it only supports English and Chinese for now.LOOI’s personality is awesome. It does cute animations like napping or getting excited, and once it even “complimented” my new mug. The face and gesture recognition is spot-on—it backs off if I get too close and responds to my waves. It’s smart enough to avoid falling off my desk, too.Beyond being fun, it’s practical. The wireless charger works great for my phone, and the adjustable stand doubles as a face-tracking camera mount for video calls. When idle, it turns into a clock or nudges me for a quick motion game. The battery keeps it going for hours.It’s a charming, useful companion that’s perfect for work-from-home days or keeping kids entertained. It’s like a pet, phone charger, and friend rolled into one!

Not worth it.
It is cute and all, but it is limited to what it can do. Sure you can ask it questions, but it is more for kids than a AI info. product. It will do its own thing on your desk and for some reason, it backs up with X eyes and moves stuff on the desk. I have to keep grabbing it to place it else where. When you ask it questions, the response time is like 8 seconds. Looi will ask you a question, but the option to answer is not there. Why ask me a question if it wont listen or answer? This is just a very expensive toy that just charges your phone and moves around. They need to update it to be a regular AI like “Alexa”. Very limited. Not worth the 200 bucks.

Looi’s Okay
He’s not all he’s cracked up to be, but he’s okay. I think mine needs a hearing aid. There’s no pause between the joke and the punchline and he did repeat a joke even though the description says he won’t. I gave him access to my calendar but he can’t find my appointment. He can never tell me what the weather forecast is. Like I said he’s okay, fun, but not as great as the description and videos say.Update: 2 Nov 2025Lowering my review from 4 to 3. The more I interact with Looi the less positive the experience is. Today he ran into something and instead of turning around he just sat there spinning his treads. The same joke three days in a row. My dog is more interactive than Looi.Update: 11/05/25I’m going back to four stars. While Looi isn’t everything I expected or was advertised, TangibleFuture’s support is very understanding and professional. I don’t know if the product was released too early or there was a problem with one of the upgrades. Whatever it is the support was great. My only regret is the log file in Looi is limited to one hundred characters and when you email you only get a response every 24 hours because of the time difference.

Buena calidad y construcción del dispositivo, solo que falta aun mucho desarrollo para la app, no incluye otro idioma que no sea inglés, a veces no se activa con su comando, la app llega a fallar,cuando estas jugando alguno de sus juegos llega a apagarse las pantalla, una desventaja es que si tienes una mesa color chocolate u obscura no puede usar sus sensores para moverse por escritorios o mesas, me hubiese gustado el poder vincular con tu cuenta de chatgpt y que recuerde todo, no puedes reiniciar o retomar alguna conversación, me parce que solo da seguimiento como a dos interacciones, pero creo q puede mejorar mucho si pudiese vincular con tu cuenta de chatgpt, es un buen juguete pero si lo note un poco limitado en cosas que puede hacer.

Es un producto aún en desarrollo, por lo tanto aún faltan muchas cosas por mejorar, entre ellas los idiomas.No deja de ser un asistente de escritorio pero con muchas limitantes por no tener acceso a todas las aplicaciones que pudieras usar.
