This is a great phone, but it’s very heavy. If you put this phone in your pocket, it’s going to start to drag your pants down. :)This is basically a VOIP phone. It doesn’t work with Xfinity.Tello works great though, and so cheap. $10 a month.The Mic on this phone is great. It captures a rich sound. I’ve been told many times on phone calls that I sound very good.I bought this phone for one reason. The Speaker! Unlike other phones, where the sound just isn’t that great, and doesn’t get super loud, so you can’t really hear it in noisy places, like at work. The speaker on this is loud, and gives you a full sound. It literally sounds like you have a bluetooth speaker playing, it sounds that good.Now, don’t expect bass, it’s not that kind of speaker. Music does sound great though. Voice sound very rich, so it’s great for listening to books, or pod casts.4g is the best the phone can do, but I literally listened to Youtube videos, and my drive home from work, without a single buffering moment. Now that’s impressive, at least for me. I’ve had Xfinity mobile for a few years, and it’s never been able to do that. So this phone has a great antenna on it for 4g.The phone is fast, more than fast enough I would say for the majority of use cases.You get a usb c cable, and a 33watt usb wall socket as well, which is nice if you need it.It’s a very solid feeling phone. I usually carry the phone in a side pocket of my backpack, or on my cart while at work, listening to whatever, to help the time move faster.Now, the speaker is loud, but not ear bleeding loud. Even if they say it’s 138db, it’s still only a 5watt speaker. It is much louder than the majority of phones, and the sound is very full. My Motorola 5g Stylus had decent sound I thought, but this is way better.No Distortion at max volume, which is how I use it the whole time at work.10 hours at work, uses around 15% battery life. So no fear of running dead. 🙂 That’s with max volume, and maybe a few hours of youtube videos running as well. Majority of the time, I’m listening to audio books though, and the screen is off.I think there would be a market for this same phone, with a normal 5000mah battery, so it’s a normal weighed phone, and it had the speaker.IMO, the speaker is the main reason to buy this phone. You can take this to work, and not need a bluetooth speaker, because the speaker does that for you.In quieter places, you could stick this phone in your pocket, and jam to your music with no issue hearing it at all, of course it would have to be a jacket pocket, or you’d have to wear some pretty tight pants. :)The screen looks fine, and comes with a protection screen on it out of the box. The fingerprint scanner work quickly as well.For the money, I say this is a great deal. I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially for the speaker alone.

I love this phone so far.
So far I love this phone. I’m still working on figuring out all the goodies on it and all the things it’s able to do. The pictures from the rear camera are excellent. The only complaint I have is the screen saver polycarbonate or whatever it’s made of cover that came on it scratches easily. Yes it is heavy but it has a ginormous battery and large screen plus the super speaker.

Very decent phone – likely doesn’t quite have the speed & memory it claims, but no issues so for really. Only big issue is it weighs about 5 x’s what a normal phone does, so keep that in mind!

cercavo qualcosa da usare come navigatore nei miei viaggi in bicicletta e dopo aver restituito ben quattro navigatori specifici per bicicletta di marche note e non ho deciso di puntare su un telefono rugged che avesse buone prestazioni, robustezza e soprattutto una batteria seria che arrivi fino a sera con utilizzo giornaliero continuo come navigatore, ho trovato tutte queste caratteristiche in questo smartphone rugged. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, con poco piu di cento euro ci si porta a casa un ottimo e resistente telefono. Lo schermo è sempre ben visibile, l’utilizzo sempre fluido nei passaggi tra le varie app, la fotocamera non fa miracoli ma all’aperto con la luce buona fa scatti accettabili. Non è un telefono alla moda ma chi compra questi oggetti sicuramente è interessato ad altro. Que ce soit en ville ou à l’extérieur, il peut mettre en valeur votre personnalité.Pour nous, les amateurs d’activités de plein air, l’autonomie et la durabilité du téléphone portable sont cruciales. Le MARINE 2 est le « roi » dans ce domaine ! Avec une énorme batterie de 11000mAh, l’autonomie est superbe. La dernière fois que je suis parti en randonnée, je n’ai pas trouvé d’endroit où recharger mon téléphone pendant deux jours entiers, mais il est resté chargé et j’ai pu non seulement prendre des photos et naviguer normalement, mais aussi rester en contact avec mes amis. Une fois que j’ai vu un magnifique paysage dans la forêt, mon esprit a soudainement eu une image différente, alors j’ai essayé d’utiliser cette fonction pour entrer l’idée, et le résultat est qu’il génère vraiment une image super étonnante, pleine de détails, tout comme le monde de mon imagination directement en face de moi.En termes d’expérience système, Android 15 est très fluide. L’interface d’exploitation est simple et intuitive, et les différentes fonctions sont claires au premier coup d’œil. Ich hab mir das OSCAL Marine 2 geholt, weil ich ein Handy wollte, das nicht gleich schlappmacht, wenn’s mal runterfällt oder nass wird. Und ich muss sagen: Es hält, was es verspricht.Neulich war ich auf einer kleinen Wanderung im Schwarzwald. Plötzlich kam Regen, richtig heftig. Mein altes Handy hätte ich sofort eingepackt – das Marine 2 hab ich einfach weiter benutzt. Navigation lief problemlos, sogar ein paar Fotos im Regen gemacht. Danach mit dem Ärmel abgewischt – fertig.Ein anderes Mal hatte ich es auf der Baustelle dabei. Ich trag da oft Handschuhe und genau dafür gibt’s den Handschuhmodus. Ich konnte eine WhatsApp schreiben, ohne die Dinger auszuziehen. Total praktisch, gerade wenn man dreckige Hände hat. Und als mir das Handy dann vom Gerüst gefallen ist? Kurz runtergeschaut, aufgehoben, nichts passiert. Ich hab echt geschwitzt, aber das Ding ist hart im Nehmen.Der Akku ist auch der Hammer. Ich war ein Wochenende unterwegs, hab Musik gehört, Fotos gemacht, GPS benutzt – Sonntagabend hatte ich immer noch über 30 %. Und wenn’s mal eng wird: Ich hab damit sogar meine Powerbank ersetzt und das Handy von einem Freund geladen.Die Sprachsteuerung benutze ich im Auto, um Nachrichten zu verschicken oder Musik zu wechseln – einfach „Marine, spiel meine Playlist“ und los geht’s. Und ja, ich fühl mich dabei ein bisschen wie in einem Science-Fiction-Film.Kamera ist solide – ich hab ein paar schöne Aufnahmen bei Sonnenaufgang gemacht. Nicht wie bei einem teuren iPhone, aber für unterwegs mehr als genug. Und mit dem großen Speicher hab ich alle Bilder, Apps und sogar ein paar Serien zum Offline-Schauen drauf.Fazit: Kein Schnickschnack, kein Glitzer – aber ein echtes Arbeitstier. Egal ob draußen, auf der Arbeit oder einfach im Alltag – es macht mit. Und das ist genau das, was ich gesucht hab.
