Doesn’t Work
I always buy the protection plan with online “refurbished” electronics. I have yet to have an Amazon refurbished electronic actually work, and this is the same. “Don’t buy someone else’s problem” is what my dad said about used tires on cars. Someday I’ll stop my wishful thinking, and follow his advice. This PS4 doesn’t even turn on. Yes we have it hooked up right. We lost our old one because my soon-to-be ex husband stole it like we didn’t buy it together. All these companies out to get people in vulnerable situations. I purchased a refurbished computer too, and eventually had to go to Costco a get one there without the shenanigans. Don’t rent bother with these. Lots of problems. There’s only 4.8 stars thanks to bots.

As Advertised
Got it, it works. Turns on. Both adapters, controller + controller plugin are all there. Have to update to 12.0 from 9.6 (and connect it to the Internet) to get it to run Tales of Graces Remastered, but it recognizes the disc at least, so it seems in order. I’m happy.EDIT: Ordered product a second time. Changing review to 4 stars.. the controller provided this time has obnoxious drift. I’ll need to buy a new one; it’s unusable, the controller provided can’t even shut the console off with the home menu.

Sold as advertised
Some reviews mentioned receiving units that didn’t work or were not as advertised. Mine works fine. Happy to have it. However no owners manual came with it. I expected one. Went to u tube for answers. Worked out. Games harder than my PS 2 were. So a learning curve.

This console is technically picture perfect brand new the specs the packaging is fine in very good condition the reviews had me doubtful got this beauty yesterday night and so far update and installs fine no overheating barely hot on top, controller is nice.

Llevo casi el mes con la consola y tiene un buen desempeño. La recibí algo preocupado por tratarse de una consola reacondicionada pero quedé bastante sorprendido, de primera vista parece una consola nueva, limpia, cuidada, protegida con bastante plástico de burbujas, ya siendo meticuloso se notan los detalles del propietario anterior pero nada perceptible. Haber recibido un manual le habría dado ese plus para sentir que compraba una consola nueva, bastó conectarla y configurarla a la red para poder hacer uso de ella (no incluye juego obviamente) con un juego que tenía guardado. Hasta el momento ha sido una muy buena compra.

This was bought for my 7 year olds birthday and was suggested to help his hand eye coordination he’s severely autistic and since getting this he has come on leaps and bounds I know its unorthodox to buy a child so young a gaming console but it was what we needed to help my son and I’m so happy we did he plays games like Minecraft which has learned him about materials and how to make things which has been amazing
