Good value, works as intended.
So far so good. I have this sitting on the hood of an 81 Toyota pickup for the past 3 weeks in Phoenix. It has dealt with the heat no problem, made it through two thunderstorms, and has kept the battery topped up. I usually start the truck once every weekend, and let it run for an hour or so to charge, so this saves me the trouble. Easy to use, plug and play essentially, just stuck it to the hood, and ran the wires through the front grille. For as inexpensive as it is, it has held up well. Indicator light is difficult to see during the day, but works properly. And most importantly it has not overcharged, or discharged the battery.

This has been keeping my 2 boat batteries fully charged going on 3 years. I have it zip-tied to the top of the T-Top and continuously clipped to the posts of the 2 batteries.

Nicely Made and Easy to Install Solar Charger
Needing a Solar Charger, I bought the 7.5 Watt Powoxi from Amazon, sheerly because it is an Amazon’s Choice.It comes with a cigarette lighter 12v plug wire, and a battery clips wire. Wires have a disconnect plug in the middle. If the charger lit up and works as desired, I will make a set of wires with round hole ferrules on the ends to attach it permanently to the battery. Right now, I’m temporarily using the battery clips, and I installed it that way in the battery compartment, which will not be satisfactory on a road trip.I looped the connector wire out the battery door and used the included suction cups to adhere it above the heater door. It is connected to a new-from-the-factory Interstate sealed marine deep cycle. Let’s see if it survives Western Dakota weather and foot traffic till we can head south.I like solid the feel of the charger versus a flexible, fabric backed. I chose a smaller size on purpose, for storage, not intending to need a full-time charger. There are keyhole shaped holes on each of the four corners . They fit the included suction cups, and would work with a variety of permanent mounting methods as well.If I were to ask for something else, it would be for wires with round-hole terminals to attach to battery screw posts. So far, I am pleased with the charger.

Works and stands up to the weather.
This charger has been able to stand up to over 1 and a half years of harsh sun, and has kept my truck battery charged up with absolutely no issues. It handles rain with no problem. My truck starts up every single time with no issues now (I only use my truck once a month). Can’t recommend this enough.

Keeps My Battery Maintained
I have a truck with all the bells and whistles. I don’t drive it that often. After a week or so the voltage drops to 12.3, which over time, wears that battery down. There were more times where it sat longer and all I got was the dreaded “click”. This solved the problem. I have a 2018 Ram Limited and it fits perfectly on the dash and the leg that hold it up goes right into the place I normally put sunglasses. I park under a carport and enough light gets to it to give at least a little current, which for the last few weeks, has been enough to maintain voltage. I have been seeing upper 13 volts in the afternoon. Not sure what the battery starts at in the morning though.
