buyer beware. misleading “unlocked” label.
I purchased this specifically because it was advertised as unlocked. The model I received is the SM-S906U (carrier-branded), not the true factory unlocked SM-S906U1.however, when I went to activate it on xfinity mobile, they claimed it was not compatible. Even though they use Verizon as the carrier.At the store, the rep explained they had seen this before — the phone is marked as incompatible in Verizon/Xfinity’s system, even though it is advertised as unlocked.This is not a hardware issue; the phone itself supports all bands. The problem is the IMEI is tied to Verizon’s carrier version, which Xfinity’s BYOD program does not allow. Only the U1 factory unlocked model works smoothly with Xfinity Mobile.If you need Xfinity compatibility, do not buy this model — make sure you get S906U1 (Factory Unlocked). Otherwise you risk a lot of frustration. It’s been a couple of months since I received the phone, I’ve already disposed of the original packaging, and don’t think I can return it. Complete waste of time and money.

N̈ice alternative to new
I purchased a refurbished Galaxy S22+ listed as excellent condition. I was pleased with the physical condition of the phone. The screen had no scratches or dead pixels. The camera lenses were also flawless. The phone came with a battery with 100% capacity, so it was probably a replacement. I’ve used the phone for almost a week and usually have to recharge in the afternoon, so I’m getting the ten hours predicted. All things considered, this was a great value for the price if you don’t need the most recent top of the line flagship phone. The phone came with Verizon proprietary software, but it was unlocked. Disabling the apps stopped the irritating Verizon reminders. My only complaint was the shipping. I placed the order on a Monday and was given a delivery date of Friday. When i checked on status i was assured the arrival date was still the same. The phone wasn’t shipped until Thursday and didn’t arrive until the next Monday.

El teléfono llegó bien, lo compre en calidad de “bueno” y llego bastante bien, la pantalla está muy bien, el modulo de cámaras, su funcionamiento, sensores, conexiones, todo está aparentemente correcto, llevo un día de uso y todo va bien, el teléfono se calienta, pero en este modelo es normal, también trata batería como un desgraciado pero igualmente es un tema del modelo y no de la unidad específicamente hablando.Llego con pequeños golpes y marcas de uso en los marcos, pero nada de que preocuparse, mi única queja sería en todo caso con la paqueteria, que dolor de cabeza.Mira si estas buscando una reseña que te diga que el teléfono llegó bien y que puedes confiar es está, he comprado ya varios teléfonos por Amazon y siempre me llegan bien, estética y funcional mente hablando.No adjunto fotos por que que paja.Pero todo excelente, cualquier cosa actualizaré.Por el precio excelente opción.
