Really works
I cant say how thankful I am for this device. I have been looking for something to help my daughter learn to read, and when I saw this, I was skeptical. But thought it would break awesome. I ended up buying it and I am very impressed woth how well it works. It is very accurate and I think it will help with my daughter’s learning.

Versatile tool
The box arrived with the tool, a charger and instructions. Instructions are very clear and helpful. The unit charges fast, although it was already charged, upon arrival.I’ve used the unit as both a scanner and translator. It does both tasks well. However, it is a bit slow at doing both of these. Overall, I’m pleased with this product. It’s a useful and affordable tool that I hope to rely on for many future tasks.

Best learning tool for my child that I’ve ever brought!
This reading when is a game changer for my daughter, as she was struggling with learning to read, so I brought this reading pen for her. I’m quite impressed that even a seven years child can also easily use this pen. The set up is really easy. Also, it came with a rubber casing, which can protect it from damage. this product is really worth for its price.

A total waste of money – returning it
A piece. Barely able toUnderstand a sentence- such a disappointment. Gave it to my friend who recently suffered a stroke and cannot read anymore due to her vision. I was so excited for her to be able to listen to the text in her books. It did NOT do the job at all.

The device itself is a wonderful addition to help students who are dyslexic and need help with a few words and just need a little extra. The only fault is it would not allow us to set it up on her laptop the Bluetooth never would connect.

Es un producto excelente. Consejo: hay que estar seguro de cual es tu propósito principal. Por ejemplo yo necesitaba que al escanear el texto, este pasara automáticamente al ordenador o móvil y traducido. Por eso al final elegí un Scanmarker Reader. Pero la ventaja de la versión Pro es que tienes una pantalla en donde lo ves todo ipso facto, lees lo que escaneas y te traduce sin necesidad de otro hardware. Son alucinantes estos chismes.Me gustaría destacar que aún más agradecida estoy con el servicio al cliente de la CIA de SCANMARKER. Ha estado por encima de cualquier buena espectativa en cuanto a la buena disposición, resolución y rapidez. Solicité su ayuda y rápidamente me han resuelto mis necesidades.También por parte del equipo de Amazon hicieron muy buen trabajo de guía y seguimiento.Solo me queda decir que además de unos productos excelente (Scanmarker Pro, Scanmarker Air o Scanmarker Reader), se puede contar con un servicio al cliente exquisito.

Great pen, far more user friendly than the name brand “C Pen” as this one is a touch screen. A few things to figure out with it, not hard, just takes time to learn all the functions because it does quite a bit. I was worried about not getting a name brand “C Pen”, but glad we chose this one.
