Love this lock. So I can’t lock it from a different location or too far from it with your phone, but it’s still super amazing. Great app, great features, super easy to use and set up, it locks perfectly and you can create a code for each person. And for visitors you can make a temp code or I just give them the key card like a hotel would when they come to stay. Works like a charm, great price, and it tells you when it’s locked and unclocked with a voice. I don’t want to say it’s noisy when locking it does make a locking and a motorized sound but nothing that would bother anyone, except your pets knowing your home ir leaving the house. But connects perfectly and I literally have zero complaints. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Such promise, but a total dud.
I bought this as an alternative to spending $250 on the name-brand version. I checked the reviews and thought it was worth a try. When it arrived, it was extremely easy to install and worked right out of the box. I set up the code, and it worked fine. I tried to set up the fingerprint recognition, and although the app said it was OK, I was never able to get it to work. I wasn’t too worried about it as long as the keypad worked. Two days in, I was really pleased with myself. Then, when my wife tried to open the door, none of the lights lit up. I replaced the batteries, and it worked fine again. Until the next day, and nothing worked. The numbers did not light up, it didn’t respond, and the app wouldn’t open up the door either. Luckily, someone was in the house. I removed the back of the lock, adjusted the batteries slightly, and it started to work again. Now it only works if you remove and then reinsert the battery before you use it. This obviously does not help when nobody else is in the house. The autolock function doesn’t work either. I now have to buy the expensive name-brand one because we are worried we will be locked out of our house. In theory, this is a great product at a great price, but it’s totally unreliable. And, of course, when I went to return it, the product return window had gone.

Only complaint is rechargeable batteries don’t seem to work.
This unit is super easy to install and flexible with entry options. I like the fact there’s a tracker that tells you what codes were used when. It could be good to trace kid’s entry/exit if they’re sneaking out ;)The one holdback I have is it doesn’t seem to be compatible with rechargeable batteries, which I don’t understand. Has anyone used this with rechargeables?

Every option you could want
This lock looks and functions like a high-quality product. I am impressed by its versatility and all of the lock/unlock options it offers. You can use your fingerprint, the app, the keypad (4-9 digit passcode generated by you or by the app), one of the included keychain cards, the manual knob (from inside), and/or one of the included manual keys! I have poor internet service at my home so I am thrilled that the lock is not completely reliant on the app. That means I am still able to get in/out of my house via multiple methods when my internet is not working well enough for me to open the app.I like being able to send an eKey to someone else, allowing them to use their mobile device to easily lock/unlock the door (once they download the app and set up an account, of course). For each eKey or passcode, you can specify whether it is permanent, timed (unlimited uses within the dates/times you specify), one-time use (once within the next hour for eKeys or once within the next six hours for passcodes), or recurring (i.e. every Wednesday between 10am – 12pm). For each keychain card or fingerprint, you can specify whether it is permanent, timed, or recurring (no one-time use option, which makes sense). You can also use the app to view the records to see when and by whom the device was locked/unlocked.When you attempt to lock or unlock the door, a voice clearly tells you whether it has successfully “locked” or “unlocked” or if the operation has failed. You can hear the voice from either side of the door (and from a couple rooms away). The lights on the keypad also flash red if the mechanism doesn’t lock or unlock correctly. When you press a button on the keypad, it makes a clear, cartoonish sound so you know each keystroke has registered.I am not mechanically inclined, but was able to quickly and easily uninstall my old deadbolt and install this one in its place. The installation instructions and diagrams are clear except that they leave out the step where you have to DISassemble the mounting plate from the interior assembly before you install it. This resulted in me returning the first one I received because I thought it was missing a critical part. As it turns out, the part was there all along – I just didn’t realize it was attached to another part (and there was nothing in the instructions or packing list to indicate such).The set-up instructions in the manual and the videos (accessible by scanning the QR code in the manual) are clear and helpful. The TTLock app is free, user-friendly, and intuitive so you can actually figure out how to set pretty much everything you want without referencing the instructions.The passcode and fingerprint recognition have worked every time for me.
