Cheaply made and App doesn’t work
Waste of time and money. Door handle is flimsy and cheaply made. The deadbolt won’t connect to the app. After wasting more than an hour installing and trying to setup the app, I packed it up and returned it. I bought the yale smartlock instead.

This lock is a joke. DO NOT PURCHASE! The app desnt work and the lock malfunctions. Don’t waste your hard earned money.

Don’t waste your money.
Installed the lock and it took multiple times to pair it with the app. After eventually getting it to pair, it continuously had issues connecting to Bluetooth to lock and unlock the door. I had to turn the Bluetooth on and off, restart the app several times to get it to connect. I would like yo return this items that I paid $127 for but they only want to give me $90 back. An absolute rip off for something that barely works. It also needs a gateway for wifi which is an additional cost to this. Too many things to go wrong.
