I bought this dash cam for my car and I’m really glad I did. From the day it arrived it felt solid and well-built, not some cheap gadget that you worry will break.Setup was pretty easy, the mount slides in smoothly, it connects with the cable without fuss, and the instructions did the job. Once it was in, I drove around in daylight and then came a night drive to test it out. The video quality is seriously good for the price. You can clearly see license plates, even with weird lighting, headlights, shadows and all that. The rear and interior cams also give extra peace of mind.I love that it has GPS so it records where you’ve been and how fast you were going (super handy if something happens). The WiFi app is useful too, no need to pull the memory card just to check clips.The parking-monitoring mode is also a big plus: I park on the street sometimes, and it’s reassuring to know this will catch motion or an impact while I’m not in the car.If I had to pick a downside: the price is higher than very basic dash cams, but you do get what you pay for. Also make sure you install it neatly so cables are hidden and not dangling (that’s on me, not the product).In short, if you want a reliable, high-quality dash cam that covers front, rear, and inside views, this is a fantastic pick. I’m happy with it and feel a lot safer driving with it installed.

Honestly didn’t expect this thing to be that good. The Vantrue N4 Pro S is built solid and the video quality is insane — super clear even at night. The triple STARVIS 2 sensors really do their job, everything looks crisp even when it’s raining or dark.Setup was easy enough, though the app took me a minute to figure out. The voice commands actually work (which is rare), and the Wi-Fi + GPS combo makes it easy to check footage after a drive. Parking mode already caught someone backing too close to my car, so I know it’s doing its job.Recording all 3 angles (front, inside, rear) at once is crazy good for peace of mind. Vantrue is a TRUE Dashcam!
Vantrue has become my favorite brand of dashcams. They live up to their TRUE in their name. The installation was easy and all of the installation accessories are not just great, but exceptionally thoughtful. The Wi-Fi feature works great when going wireless and all of the installation accessories include an extra long cable to make any rear camera install super easy. All of the tools were included and even extras. Having an additional set of windshield attachment means that I can take the camera from my truck and install it on my wife’s car super easy. The static cling plastic and 3M adhesive not just makes the installation easy, but it also protects my windshield clear tint film. The camera has a large profile which has a large screen to switch between camera views. The rear camera is just great because I can see the rear of my truck by a simple click of a button. This is my 3rd camera from Vantrue and I’m a huge fan! You cannot go wrong with their technology and I have been surprised with each revision they release. I’m excited to see what they come up with next. Until then, this camera is a great addition to my vehicles.

Fantastic picture, easy setup
Camera has a great image. It is just about as good as watching a movie on your 4k tv at home. Colors are fantastic. The depth of field is a lot better than other fisheye type dashcams. With this camera I can see items in detail at a much greater distance than any other dashcam I have had.The voice commands make sense (some other cams are phrased weirdly) and the camera seems to pick up my voice better than other cams I have had that also had voice commands.The bluetooth connection is great for being able to review videos using your phone if you had to show something to someone like the police.The camera feels solid. It is heavier than I expected and just feels durable. While I don’t plan to drop it to see what it does to the camera, it does feel like it could take a beating. It also installed very easily and comes with a spare window mount so that you can swap it between cars if you want to do that. It comes with 1 power cord, so you would need another one to seamlessly swap it around vehicles. It is USB-C though, so you probably have a hundred cords laying around like I do.And lastly, the setup was so easy a caveman could do it. I think it took less than a minute to do it. Maybe a bit more if I include pairing it to my phone.

First impressions? This might just be the best boxed dash cam on the market. It delivers a strong initial impact with its sleek design and premium feel.I installed it in my BYD EV. The setup was fairly straightforward. The front camera records can 4K, while the rear captures in 2.5K.It’s a bit bulkier than my previous unit, and I found the voice commands a little flaky (Perhaps my Aussie accent threw it off).The rear camera is IP67 waterproof rated (whatever that means), which allows for external installation. I opted to mount it inside the car to avoid drilling into my new vehicle.That said, the rear mount is clearly designed for external use near the number plate, which makes internal placement a bit awkward. One gripe I have is with the collision detection; it’s overly sensitive. Speed bumps and potholes frequently trigger photo captures.Still, I’d rather have it err on the side of caution than miss someone sideswiping my car and driving off without a trace.Pros* Exceptional Video Quality: 4K front and 2.5K rear recording deliver stunning clarity.* Flexible Recording Options: You can choose to record with one, two, or all three cameras.( I personally disabled the cabin cam)* Premium Design & Build: It feels solid and looks great—other brands could learn a thing or two from Vantrue.* Feature-Rich Menus: Tons of customisation options make it easy to tailor the experience to your needs.Cons* Installation Challenges: The cable placement on the right side feels awkward; top-mounted would’ve been better.* Limited Mount Movement: The front camera mount lacks flexibility. Die VANTRUE N4 Pro macht ein richtig gutes Bild, auch nachts sind Kennzeichen und Details klar zu erkennen. Installation war einfach, und falls man sich mal mit der Position vertut, liegen direkt zwei Befestigungstapes bei, sehr praktisch.Die Kamera gibt einem echt ein gutes Gefühl von Sicherheit im Straßenverkehr, weil einfach alles dokumentiert wird. Die App funktioniert auch gut, Verbindung klappt schnell und die Aufnahmen lassen sich problemlos anschauen und speichern.Für mich eine rundum gelungene Dashcam, die tut, was sie soll und das in richtig guter Qualität. Kann ich jedem der nach einer guten Dashcam sucht empfehlen.
