Very nice product for the price. I needed to adjust a little bit in my door to make clearance for the flip level inside the premade hole in my door. The only thing was my fingerprint works not all the time. I just use the code I stead. I will reprogram my print, but that’s not a game changer. Ove, looks and function are 5 stars still.

these are very good locks and Taylor at technical support at Veise is very patient and helpful.
These are great. I didn’t realize that these did not have a built-in door sensor and so the lock will work whether your door is closed or open. That doesn’t bother me. I had a few questions and so I called the phone number for technical support and I was helped by a gal named Taylor and she was wonderful.

Highly recommend, great lock for the price and excellent customer service!
Installed the lock twice, the dead bolt was still acting crazy, going in and out over and over. I tried the reset button and all sorts of other things before I decided to call customer service. Nicole at Veise was extremely helpful, she sent some tips to try, but when all else failed she sent me another key pad. The new device came within 2 days, installed it yesterday and it works perfectly! 5 stars for customer service! Key pad is great, you can program your fingerprint, and add multiple users via the app. The only thing I would change with the app is the ability to be notified when someone uses their code, at this point the app maintains an activity list but it does not send a push notification when someone uses their code.

I must say, this was a great experience. Isabella w/ Customer service listened, asked a few questions and took care of the issue. I know sometimes things happened with no one to blame. She kept me informed of delivery status and when I would receive the replacement. Installing and programing was very user-friendly. Thank for the great service.

Great product for the price!
Easy to install. The thumbprint took a bit to complete and we are only able to use it for 1 person. But still overall a great product, I would purchase again as I love have the key card to use to enter!

I REGRET THIS PURCHASE!!
What I thought was the perfect solution for security @ home quickly became a worse problem. Within a couple of days this “smart lock” would indicate that the door was locked when it was not locked. Standing next to it when the lock was controlled via WiFi. It sounds like it is locking & unlocking. The security of my home & family is seriously compromised. The uncertainty of this product is cancels out any security it potentially offered.
