How to unlock the door with the mobile app?
Generally, the door lock is in sleep mode to minimize power consumption.
Please press the “doorbell button”, the door lock will wake up, and the mobile app will remind you to turn on the video and unlock it
Users encounter problems while using the product. How to solve them?
We recommend using branded 1.5V alkaline AA batteries, and we will have dedicated personnel to deal with the product problem. If you are still experiencing a batterie rapid runs out quickly, we will resend you a new door lock.
Why is the connection to the APP unsuccessful?
First, set an administrator password. You can pair the device with the app once Bluetooth and WiFi are enabled on your phone. Note: Only 2.4GHz WiFi networks are supported.

I suggest checking the “applicable scope” chart before ordering, especially if you’re replacing an old lock. My door had two pre-drilled holes, so I ended up getting a door hole cover plate for about $7 to cover the extra one. No big deal though—it worked out great! The installation was easy, and I’m really happy with how this smart lock looks and works. The fingerprint and keypad options work perfectly every time. It feels solid and makes getting in and out so much easier, and safer! Love that it has a built-in camera—no need to buy a separate door cam!

Affordable, easy to install and works great
This door handle was very easy to install instructions easy to read and follow, it took my husband no more than 10 minutes, everything comes nicely labeled and in independent bags, he only used a screwdriver to install it. Connectivity is great, app is very user friendly, you are able to see the unlocking records, which comes handy if you have people coming to the house and I also love that has different types to lock the door; with your finger print, key chain, code and a regular key, which also comes in the package. It is waterproof, we were able to tested few days ago and works great. Uses AA batteries and after 2+ weeks of use we haven’t had to changed it. I tested it without setting up my finger print and it instantly says input error. Absolutely recommend it.
