1. The wireless charger doesn’t work, it can’t charge my phone?
A:1) Please check whether your phone supports wireless charging.
2) Please check if your phone with a metal case, if so, please remove it because metal can interfere with wireless charging.
3) Please check if the display light is flashing, if so please reposition your phone.
2. Can I charge my phone with the case on?
A:The wireless charger charges through a phone case that is no more than 5mm (0.20 inches) thick. However, items such as magnetic/metal attachments/keys or credit cards can interfere with charging. Charging speed is also reduced when charging with a phone case.
3. Charging is not as fast as I expected, it’s slow?
A:Please try again with another QC2.0/3.0 adapter and another charging cable that supports fast charging. If your phone is a Galaxy phone, please make sure you have enabled the wireless fast charging feature.
Note: Fast charging requires a plug that supports QC2.0 or QC3.0 and the use of the included USB A TO C charging cable, which means that if your adapter and charging cable do not support fast charging, then this wireless charger will only charge your phone wirelessly.

Great Product
I did a lot of looking around on Amazon and found these “Wireless Chargers 2 Pack” which come with their own cable (many do not) and you get them as a two pack. This was perfect for setting one up at home and one at the office. The slant is just right for seated viewing of the screen but it would be nicer if it was adjustable. Charging works most efficiently with or without a case. I recommend it to those looking for a bargain. This wireless charger stand is not just a charger; it’s a phone stand; You can place your phone horizontally to watch videos, vertically for video calls or video conferencing, and while you’re doing that, it keeps your phone charged and fully charged without you even realizing it. I highly recommend it!

Great charger!
This charger charges my phone fairly quick as it only takes about an hr or 2 to charge fully. Only thing about it is that I have to have my 14 pro on sideways to charge. Not that big of a deal but can be troublesome if I’m trying to multitask and can’t view certain apps sideways.

Good deal on magnetic charger
These charge up my new Galaxy S23 nicely and keep it charged and it’s so nice to have one beside my bed so it’s easy to look at the upright screen for the time and message status without having to grab the phone and unplug it from its short cord. Another brand failed to maintain the full charge; it would shut down after reaching full charge and let the phone start draining so that it reached 65% by the time I woke up 😊

Waste of money
I purchased these on June 1, 2025. It is now November 7, 2025, and both have completely stopped working. I would not recommend these chargers. They were a waste of my money!

Terrific wireless chargers
Terrific wireless chargers. I’ve used them daily (one by my bedside one in my home office) and have nothing but good things to say. Never had an issue with them and they keep my phone charged up, so I’m always ready for whatever life throws at me. Highly recommended!

Not great for Google Pixel phones
The charging stands work well for my iPhone, but I primarily bought the set to use for my Google Pixel 8 Pro. The green light does illuminate to show it is charging my Pixel phone, but it frequently is not actually charging.My phone will initially show it is charging, then a few seconds later show it is not despite the stand still showing the green light.Overall, the quality of the stands appears to be good, though the provided cord is maybe a meter long.

Bought these a couple weeks ago. I have to say that I am impressed at the speed of the charge. I have an iphone 11 and a Samsung and works great with both. The only issue I have come across is just recently they have started flashing and not charging. Easy fix is to unplug them an plug back in. Error fixed. I would highly recommend these, especially for the price.
