A very good xbox console but it has a few problems…
I bought this xbox last year as a early birthday present to myself and it only took me a few minutes to get everything hooked up and get all my info on my xbox. I am bummed out cause i can’t hook this xbox up to my laptop(internet connection issues) cause i was gonna do some recordings of me play a few games. I noticed that a few of my games do tend to glitch every so often especially 1 game that i have no choice but to skip alot of cutscenes or my xbox will freeze up and after a few minutes of seeing if it will bounce back and me continue playing as usual it will stay frozen leaing me to unhook my xbox for a few minutes then rehook it and replay what i just did. A certain sound it makes when it is about to freeze/glitch up. I need to upgrade someday to an xbox one console but until that time i am stuck with this console.

Looks like new
Couldn’t be happier! Everything looks like brand new. Nothing has a mark on it. Workes great. When I first plugged it in , it turned on but won’t play, I unplugged the cord waited a few seconds then plug it back in, it’s worked great ever since.

No hard drive and faulty hdmi cable
The system works, but it didn’t come with a hard drive and the hdmi cable didn’t work. It also is compatible with 2g internet only. No 5g capability!! Total loser!! Don’t waste your money on this seller.

My 18 year old son asked me to buy this for Christmas in 2022. We were amazed at the condition when it arrived since it looked like it was brand new out of the box!!We had only expected to receive the Xbox gaming system as listing described but much to our surprise and delight it also arrived with 2 wireless controllers, and a bunch of games that were some of my sons absolute favorites in completely like new condition (there was one that had like 2 marks on the disk but they weren’t scratches)!! I want to say there may have been a couple of other things in there my son was excited to see since he had expected to have to go buy.I waited a few months before reviewing to make sure everything kept working and it wasn’t just a pretty package and it’s still operating like new!!Highly recommend this seller!Arrived super quick, packaged well, and I will happily buy from again!

I ordered this for my twins 7th birthday…I was worried given the mixed reviews, but it was great. Shipped fast, but I have prime never really been a issue. Came well packaged in a Xbox360 box marked as refurbished. Came with all the cords and surprise instructions! Able to hook it up right away and boom it work beautifully the kids are fighting over turns. It is refurbished so there is a little wear on it but I have kids I don’t mind if it saves a little $. Listen just like you I read these reviews I make my purchase based on them…refurbished can be a small gamble but I have never had a issue with amazon making things right, and the vast majority of the time it is a ok. This time no exception.

First Looks and what’s included
So after dealing with gamestop used and renewed products, my hopes wasn’thigh for this xbox. Opened the box to see everything individually wrapped in bubble wrap, after removing the wrapping I noticed the systems itself was in amazing condition for its age. No cracks or deep scratches, and no broken plastic trim pieces. Came with power inverter and cord, new Amazon basics hdmi cable, controler is used but tight enough for me, even 2 new AA batteries. What really surprised me is seeing a 250gb internal HDD already inside the system after seeing reviews stating theirs came without one. So far everything’s great the first day, so if you’re on the fence about buying used systems, just roll the dice and see what you get. Worst comes to worst it’s a POS or missing parts and you send it back.

Waste of Time and Money
First, it arrived about two weeks after the delivery date and when I contacted the sellers to get a refund they said the delivery information had changed so I couldn’t get a full refund. I could get $5.00. The damn thing cost me over two hundred dollars! AND it had been saying “shipped” for like three days! And so much for “refurbished”. As soon as I turned it on the power button turned red and on all the screw said was “system error”. So I turned it off and turned it on again. I managed to get to setting up the WiFi before it froze, so I turned it off again. I had to keep turning it off and on again, with varying stages of success, until I made it all the way to create a profile. Then it froze, I turned it off, unplugged everything, plugged everything back into it and turned it back on. I. Never. Got. Passed. That. Damned. Red. Light. Two weeks late and a $5.00 refund for what? A piece of junk.
