Relatively easy installation, functionality is great. There is a memory impaired resident, and the auto lock features and phone app to lock, unlock, plus fingerprint keypad makes it easier to control by the caretaker when away from the home. No one is at risk and property isn’t at risk either.

Goes through batteries like water. Cumbersome set up. Bought in Oct 2024 and completely malfunctioned in July 2025. Wont lock. Wont even allow us to lock manually. Didn’t even last 10 months. Thought we did our due diligence/homework prior to purchasing but it did us no good. Not a good product for the money spent.

Easily followed instructions for installation and a well packed lock. Easy to handle and managed even by a kid. One point if you would like to install a sensor for the door, in addition to a lock: for the iron door, please request to make a side hole on the opposite from the lock door. Otherwise, the sensor cannot be installed. The lock will still functioned fine but only without a motion sensor.

Great lock
Great lock. Works much like my Tesla car doors, unlocks when I’m in the vicinity. No entering a code, pulling out a key or using an app needed. Love it. Integration with Apple HomeKit has a bug which prevented me from locking and unlocking via Apple Home app but after using workaround all works just fine.

Gaste el costo de este producto, además pase horas instalándolo en una puerta de metal, todo para que no pudiera ni crear una cuenta porque “por seguridad” necesitan 2 confirmaciones 1 de correo y otra de teléfono al llegar a la parte de teléfono se supone que te deben de mandar un SMS, y nunca llega… Es increíble que una marca tan reconocida haga las cosas tan mal, una porquería de producto. No lo compren no sirve… Es dinero tirado a la basura.
