Great product for my tireshop
I own a small tireshop in Utah and I only speak English and same with my secretary. So when I have people come in that speak a different language now , I pull this device out , and it makes it so much easier to communicate with them . Great product saves lots of time , and time is money . And the price for this product is excellent

Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Money
I was really disappointed with this translator. The accuracy is very poor — it often gives completely wrong translations, even for simple phrases. The “offline” mode barely works, and the device constantly loses connection when online. The touch screen is unresponsive and slow, and the voice recognition doesn’t understand accents at all. I bought it hoping to use it for business trips, but it’s unreliable and frustrating to use. Definitely not worth the price — a phone app does a much better job.
