Fantastic for STEM projects
All parts were there and took a good couple days for my child to put together. It’s great for STEM competitions. You can use the remote or program to the app. Directions were pretty easy to follow. If you squinted. It can push pull and lift making it functional. The price you can’t beat. My daughter was able to put it together and she’s 13. So it would be great for teenage range. It’s very sturdy and feels solid has great stability. So far we have attempted to pick up a few objects that are not super heavy but had weight to them. I didn’t expect it to be as fast as it is. But it is fast and can do 360s with ease.

My granddaughter enjoyed building it.
We liked the clear instructions. Enjoyed spending time with a granddaughter building it. A few things could be improved on it like the strength of the arm is very, very weak and will jump off of the gears easily. Also, the speed control is a little bit. Jumpy is what I would call it. However it was a lot of fun to build spending time with my granddaughter.

Broken motor missing parts
Updated review: The seller reached out to me and sent me a replacement. The replaement is new and works perfectly. LOTS of fun.Old review: From the moment I opened the box something seemed off. The robot I received was obviously a returned product. I decided to try to assemble it. There are bolts missing. If that wasnt enough once it was close enough to being assembled I plugged in the motors to test them. The motor that lifts the arm is DOA, (guess now I know why it was returned). Going to return this and get my money back.

“Frequently returned item” status is for a good reason!
TL;DR – Believe all the negative reviews complaining of missing or defective parts. Its frequently returned product status is VERY well earned. Don’t buy this unless the company starts selling it with the metal chassis partially or fully pre-assembled.Here are my observations and the issues I ran into just 10 minutes into assembly:The factory this company uses to manufacture the constituent parts apparently can’t be bothered to follow this company’s specs, and this company apparently can’t be bothered to do basic quality control checks, either. Look at my attached pictures of the two metal pieces that form the length of the chassis. The factory this company is using can’t even reliably stamp a simple thin strip of metal the same way twice! If they were using a standard metal press with a template to cut these pieces, then what I received would have been literally impossible.In addition, many of the threaded slots in the metal pieces were not drilled plum, didn’t have even threads (see last picture), and weren’t fully centered to the pass-through slots on connecting pieces. These issues resulted in screws going in at obtuse angles, stripping threads, and stripping screw heads because of threads that didn’t line up evenly (most of the metal slots’ threads aren’t contiguous and have gaps between them by design, also shown in the last picture)…. Ultimately causing some parts of the metal pieces to not sit flush or fit in the ways called for by the instructions. Yet another issue of poor manufacturing quality.Finally, be aware that the parts of the wheels that contact the ground are made of cheap slick plastic with zero grip. If by some miracle you receive a kit with every piece included, fully functional, and made to spec, good luck trying to drive it on laminate, hardwood, vinyl, or tile flooring.

Great Product. The sellers were excellent to work with.
The robot arm is a lot of fun, easy to assemble (my 7 year old built it), and was better than what I expected for the price. I am more impressed with the sellers. Once we had the arm put together our new dog got a hold of the claw and chewed up the wires. I contacted the seller to see if there were replacement parts. They responded quickly, worked with me, were VERY helpful, and got the part to me I needed. I was very impressed. The seller went above and beyond my expectations.

Key pieces are plastic and it is difficult to control
Has the potential to be a good product. Most of the parts are metal and of decent quality. The problem is that the main gear that raises the arm is plastic with small teeth and the gear motor is just not strong enough. Additionally, the steering controls are problematic at best. It is difficult to simply go forward and back and the control does not always work. My son and I liked working on this project, but will definitely be going with a different brand with our next purchase.

Bon article dans l’ensemble mais les explications de montage ne sont pas assez claires par exemple en ce qui concerne la fixation du moteur, il n’est pas précisé qu’il est inutile de serrer à fond les petites vis et surtout celle du pignon extérieur, je l’ai trop serrée et du coup j’ai déboiter le carter du moteur et j’ai du remettre les pignons en place. J’ai eu peur que le moteur ne fonctionne pas mais heureusement ça n’a pas été le cas. Un bon produit qui fait le bonheur de mon petit-fils

Je suis déçu car le robot fait des mouvements trop saccadé. C’ est difficile de faire des taches precise. Le robot n’est pas adapté pour de petite surfaces . Les roues ont pas l’air très solide . De plus les roues glissent sur un plancher lisse qui donne de la difficulté à le diriger là ou je voudrait . En plus l’assemblage fut difficile car il n’y avait pas de numéro sur les sacs .
